Description
と3の間の低圧領域11から密閉される。回転供給流れ領域10を介して、低圧PNの低
圧領域11に対して正の圧力の下にある流体を、静止した機械部品3から封止面7を介し
て回転可能な機械部品2へと導くことができる。低圧PNは、たとえば、標準的な大気圧
とすることができる。このために、回転供給流れ領域10内に開口している孔14が、静
止した機械部品3に設けられている。回転可能な機械部品2も孔14を有し、この孔14
は、回転供給流れ領域10に抜け出て、流体を導くために、回転可能な機械部品2のシャ
フトの一端に回転供給流れ領域10を連結する。したがって、流体は、孔14を介して、
静止した機械部品3から回転可能な機械部品2へと導くことができ、これが図に矢印16
で表してある。流体はまた、必要に応じて、矢印16の方向に逆らって流れることができ
る。
−回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品2、およびこの回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品2用のベアリングを形成する機械部品3であって、機械部品3の第1の部品がシール収容構造体を構成し、機械部品2の第2の部品が封止面7を形成する表面を有する機械部品と、
−シール収容構造体内に配置されて、機械部品2と3の間で低圧領域11に対して高圧領域10を封止する少なくとも1つの回転シール5と
が提案されている。
Claims (11)
- 回転可能に取り付けられた軸状の機械部品(2)、および前記回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)用のベアリングを形成する機械部品(3)であって、前記機械部品(2,3)のうちの第1の機械部品(3)がシール収容構造体を形成し、前記機械部品(2,3)のうちの第2の機械部品(2)が封止面(7)を形成する表面を有する機械部品(2,3)と、
流体供給領域として構成された高圧領域(10)を前記第1および第2の機械部品(3、2)の間で低圧領域(11)から密閉するために、前記シール収容構造体内に配置された少なくとも1つの回転シール(5)であって、前記低圧領域(11)に対して正の圧力の下にある流体を、前記第1および第2の機械部品(3、2)のうちの一方から他方に、前記流体供給領域および前記封止面(7)を介して導くことができる回転シール(5)とを有する回転シール装置であって、
前記回転シール(5)が、
PTFEから作製され、前記流体供給領域へ供給された前記流体から圧力を受ける側壁部(24)と、前記封止面(7)と接触可能な封止縁部(22)とを有する封止リング(23)と、
弾性復元力を有し、少なくとも一部が前記封止リング(23)よりも前記低圧領域(11)側に配置され且つ前記封止リング(23)における前記側壁部(24)において前記流体が接する面とは反対の面に接触する接触体(21)と、
前記接触体(21)よりも剛性が高く、前記第1の機械部品(3)に取り付けられ、前記接触体(21)を前記低圧領域(11)側から支持する支持要素(20)とを備え、
前記支持要素(20)は、少なくとも、前記接触体(21)を支持する支持領域において、前記第2の機械部品(2)の軸方向に対して傾斜して延在し、
前記接触体(21)は、前記支持領域において前記弾性復元力によって前記封止リング(23)を前記封止面(7)から離れる方向に押圧し、
前記封止リング(23)は、前記流体供給領域へ供給された前記流体によって前記側壁部(24)が前記圧力を受けても、前記接触体(21)を介して前記支持要素(20)に支持され、
前記圧力が閾値圧力を下回る場合は、前記封止リング(23)の前記封止縁部(22)は、前記封止面(7)に押圧されることなく前記封止面(7)と接触するか、または前記封止面(7)に押圧されて接触することなく前記封止面(7)から離れ、
前記圧力が前記閾値圧力を超える場合は、前記流体によって前記封止リング(23)が前記接触体(21)の前記弾性復元力に抗して前記封止面(7)に向けて押圧されることにより、前記封止縁部(22)が前記封止面(7)へ接触し、前記封止面(7)上で前記高圧領域(10)を前記低圧領域(11)から封止することを特徴とする回転シール装置。 - 前記封止面(7)が、円筒の外側面として構成され、前記接触体(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記第2の機械部品(2)の前記軸方向に関して前記支持要素(20)と前記封止リング(23)に挟まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記封止面(7)が、円環状領域として構成され、前記接触体(21)が、少なくとも部分的に前記第2の機械部品(2)の半径方向に関して前記支持要素(20)と前記封止リング(23)に挟まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記第2の機械部品(2)が、前記第1の機械部品(3)に取り付けられたラジアルシャフトとして構成され、前記回転シール(5)がリング形状であり、前記ラジアルシャフトの周りに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記接触体(21)が、前記回転シール(5)の半径方向に関して前記封止リング(23)と前記シール収容構造体の間に延在し、前記封止リング(23)には、前記接触体(21)の前記弾性復元力により、前記第2の機械部品(2)に向けて前記半径方向に予圧がかけられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシール装置。
- 前記支持要素(20)が、前記シール収容構造体の一部分として前記第1の機械部品(3)と一体に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記接触体(21)は、前記封止リング(23)における前記封止面(7)とは反対側の縁部を収容可能なくぼみを有し、該くぼみにおいて、前記高圧領域(10)側で前記第2の機械部品(2)の前記軸方向に前記封止リング(23)と接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記封止リング(23)は、前記側壁部(24)において前記流体供給領域に接する面が凹んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記支持要素(20)が鋼から作製され、かつ/または封止リング(23)がPTFEから作製され、かつ/または接触体(21)がエラストマーから作製されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 2つの回転シール(5)が前記高圧領域(10)を挟むように鏡面対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記側壁部(24)は、前記封止縁部(22)側において前記封止面(7)に対して前記高圧領域(10)側に鈍角をなすように傾斜する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
