Claims (14)
- 被覆媒体(6)による帯片状材料の被覆装置であって、
被覆媒体(6)の転移のため周面(5)に凹所を持ち回転する転移ローラ(3)、及び転移ローラ(3)の凹所を被覆媒体(6,6′)で満たす塗布装置(10)を有し、
被覆媒体(6′)用塗布装置(10)が、転移ローラ(3)の周面(5)により外側を区画される被覆室(12)を持ち、
転移ローラ(3)の運動方向において周面(5)と被覆室(12)との間にある後部間隙が、転移ローラ(3)の周面に密接するドクタ(13)により区画され、
転移ローラ(3)の運動方向において周面(5)と被覆室(12)との間にある前部間隙が、密閉素子(2)により区画され、
転移ローラ(3)が、転移ローラ(3)の運動方向において密閉素子(2)の前で、自由噴流によって被覆媒体(6)を当てられるものにおいて、
被覆媒体(6)が、転移ローラ(3)の幅にわたって分布して設けられている複数の穴(15,15′)から流出し、すべての穴(15,15′)が同じ断面を持っており、これら穴(15,15’)間に存在する自由空間(11,11’)が、過剰な媒体の妨げのない流出に用いられる
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 穴(15,15′)が、塗布装置(10)にある共通なノズル保持体(14)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 穴(15,15′)の出口(151)が、同じ高さに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 穴(15,15′)の出口(151)が、転移ローラ(3)の軸線(31)に対して平行な線に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の装置。
- ノズル保持体(14)に密閉素子(2)用の受入れ部(142)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の装置。
- 穴(15,15′)が直径(D)の丸い断面を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の1つに記載の装置。
- 2つの隣接する穴(15,15′)の間にそれぞれ同じ間隔(L)があることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 直径(D)と間隔(L)との比が1:4〜1:20であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 穴(15,15′)がノズル保持体(14)に垂直に設けられ、それにより被覆媒体(6)が転移ローラ(3)に対して直角に出ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の装置。
- 穴(15,15′)がノズル保持体(14)に傾斜して設けられ、それにより被覆媒体(6)が転移ローラ(3)の運動方向とは逆に出ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の装置。
- 穴(15,15′)からの被覆媒体(6)の排出がそれぞれ自由噴流(7,7′)として行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の1つに記載の装置。
- それぞれの自由噴流(7,7′)の被覆媒体(6)の量の最大部分が、転移ローラ(3)の凹所の前充填に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 自由噴流(7,7′)により、凹所の前充填に必要であるより多くの被覆媒体(6)が排出され、過剰な量の被覆媒体(6)が部分流(8)として直接流れ去り、かつ部分流(9,9′)として密閉素子(2)の方へ転向されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 直接流れ去る部分流(8)により、同時に空気及び存在する汚物が排出可能であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の装置。
