(e)前記LMW構成成分が約0.945g/ccm〜約0.965g/ccmの範囲の密度と少なくとも約2.0g/10分以上のメルトインデックスを有する少なくとも1つ以上のエチレンポリマーを含む
ことを特徴とするポリエチレン樹脂。
<発明の実施形態2>
二モードの分子量分布を有し、そして1つの単一モードのHMWエチレンインターポリマーと1つの単一モードのLMWエチレンポリマーからなる、実施形態1に記載のポリエチレン樹脂。
<発明の実施形態3>
前記LMWエチレンポリマーがエチレンインターポリマーであり、そして0.960g/ccm以下の密度を有する、実施形態1から2のいずれかに記載のポリエチレン樹脂。
<発明の実施形態4>
前記HMWおよび/または前記LMWエチレンインターポリマーが均質な実質的に線状のインターポリマーである、実施形態1から3のいずれかに記載のポリエチレン樹脂。
<発明の実施形態5>
実施形態1から4のいずれかに記載の多モードのポリエチレン樹脂と少なくとも1つの他の更なる構成成分を含む組成物。
<発明の実施形態6>
前記少なくとも1つの他の更なる構成成分が充填剤と添加物からなる群から選択される、実施形態5に記載の組成物。
<発明の実施形態7>
実施形態1から5のいずれかに記載の多モードのポリエチレン樹脂を含む賦型物品。
<発明の実施形態8>
パイプである、実施形態7に記載の賦型物品。
<発明の実施形態9>
40℃以上の温度で運転可能な実施形態8に記載のパイプ。
<発明の実施形態10>
熱水パイプ、好ましくはISO 10508基準に規定される性能要件に適合する熱水パイプである、実施形態8に記載のパイプ。
Claims (9)
- 二モードの分子量分布を有するポリエチレン系樹脂であって、これが
(a)0.935g/cm3〜0.945g/cm3の範囲の密度と、
(b)0.1g/10分〜1g/10分の範囲のメルトインデックス(I2)を有し、そして
(c)前記ポリエチレン系樹脂中のポリマーの全量を基準として、30〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの高分子量(HMW)エチレンインターポリマーと50〜70重量%の少なくとも1つの低分子量(LMW)エチレン系ポリマーを含み、ここで
(d)前記HMW構成成分が0.915g/cm3〜0.935g/cm3の範囲の密度と1.0g/10分以下のメルトインデックスを有する1つ以上のエチレンインターポリマーを含み、
(e)前記LMW構成成分が0.945g/cm3〜0.960g/cm3の範囲の密度と2.0g/10分以上200g/10分未満の範囲のメルトインデックスを有する1つ以上のエチレンインターポリマーを含み、
(f)前記HMW構成成分と前記LMW構成成分との間の分離の程度(DOS)が0.01以上であり、そして、
前記HMWエチレンインターポリマーおよび/または前記LMWエチレン系ポリマーが、0.01個〜3個の長鎖分岐/1000個全炭素(ここで、「全」炭素は主鎖および分岐両方の炭素原子を含む)を有する、均質な実質的に線状のインターポリマーである
ことを特徴とするポリエチレン系樹脂。 - 二モードの分子量分布を有するポリエチレン系樹脂であって、これが
(a)0.925g/cm3〜0.950g/cm3の範囲の密度と、
(b)0.05g/10分〜5g/10分の範囲のメルトインデックス(I2)を有し、そして
(c)少なくとも1つの高分子量(HMW)エチレンインターポリマーと少なくとも1つの低分子量(LMW)エチレン系ポリマーを含み、ここで
(d)前記HMW構成成分が0.910g/cm3〜0.935g/cm3の範囲の密度と1.0g/10分以下のメルトインデックスを有する1つ以上のエチレンインターポリマーを含み、そして
(e)前記LMW構成成分が0.945g/cm3〜0.965g/cm3の範囲の密度と2.0g/10分以上のメルトインデックスを有する1つ以上のエチレン系ポリマーを含み、
(f)前記HMWエチレンインターポリマーおよび/または前記LMWエチレン系ポリマーが、0.01個〜3個の長鎖分岐/1000個全炭素(ここで、「全」炭素は主鎖および分岐両方の炭素原子を含む)を有する、均質な実質的に線状のインターポリマーである、
ことを特徴とするポリエチレン系樹脂。 - 二モードの分子量分布を有し、そして1つの単一モードのHMWエチレンインターポリマーと1つの単一モードのLMWエチレン系ポリマーからなる、請求項1又は2に記載のポリエチレン系樹脂。
- 前記LMWエチレン系ポリマーがエチレンインターポリマーであり、そして0.960g/cm3以下の密度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のポリエチレン系樹脂。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のポリエチレン系樹脂と、充填剤及び添加物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの他の更なる構成成分とを含む組成物。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のポリエチレン系樹脂又は組成物を含む賦型物品。
- パイプである、請求項6に記載の賦型物品。
- 40℃以上の温度で運転可能な請求項7に記載のパイプ。
- 40℃〜80℃の温度で運転可能な請求項7に記載のパイプ。
