(メタ)アクリル酸のアミドおよびニトリル、例えば、N−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−(ジエチルホスホノ)(メタ)アクリルアミド、1−メタクリロイルアミド−2−メチル−2−プロパノール;シクロアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(3−ビニルシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ボルニル(メタ)アクリレートなど);
ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(3−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、3,4−ジヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレートなど);
グリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート(1,4−ブタンジオール(メタ)アクリレートなど)、エーテル・アルコールの(メタ)アクリレート、例えば、テトラヒドロフルフリル(メタ)アクリレート、ビニルオキシエトキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート;および
多官能性(メタ)アクリレート(トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレートなど)がある。
ビニルエステル(酢酸ビニルなど);スチレン、側鎖中にアルキル置換基を有する置換スチレン、例えば、α−メチルスチレンおよびα−エチルスチレン、環上にアルキル置換基を有する置換スチレン、例えば、ビニルトルエンおよびp−メチルスチレン、ハロゲン化スチレン(モノクロロスチレン、ジクロロスチレン、トリブロモスチレンおよびテトラブロモスチレンなど);
複素環式ビニル化合物(2−ビニルピリジン、3−ビニルピリジン、2−メチル−5−ビニルピリジン、3−エチル−4−ビニルピリジン、2、3−ジメチル−5−ビニルピリジン、ビニルピリミジン、ビニルピペリジン、9−ビニルカルバゾール、3−ビニルカルバゾール、4−ビニルカルバゾール、1−ビニルイミダゾール、2−メチル−1−ビニルイミダゾール、N−ビニルピロリドン、2−ビニルピロリドン、N−ビニルピロリジン、3−ビニルピロリジン、N−ビニルカプロラクタム、N−ビニルブチロラクタム、ビニルオキソラン、ビニルフラン、ビニルチオフェン、ビニルチオラン、ビニルチアゾールおよび水素化ビニルチアゾール、ビニルオキサゾールおよび水素化ビニルオキサゾールなど);
ビニルエーテルおよびイソプレニルエーテル;
マレイン酸誘導体(マレイン酸無水物、メチルマレイン酸無水物、マレイミド、メチルマレインイミドなど);および
ジエン(ジビニルベンゼンなど)がある。
コポリマーの全質量に対して0〜94.5質量%のポリジアルキルシロキサン層b)および
コポリマーの全質量に対して5〜95質量%のエンベロープc)(グラフト工程の前にビニル基を含む有機ポリマーから構成される)から構成され、エンベロープc)は、アクリル酸エステルとメタクリレートとを含む混合物のフリーラジカル重合によって得られる。
コア:メタクリル酸メチルの割合が、コアの質量に対して少なくとも90質量%であるポリマー。
シェル1:アクリル酸ブチルの割合が、第1シェルの質量に対して少なくとも80質量%であるポリマー。
シェル2:メタクリル酸メチルの割合が、第2シェルの質量に対して少なくとも90質量%であるポリマー。
コア:メタクリル酸メチル(95.7質量%)、アクリル酸エチル(4質量%)およびメタクリル酸アリル(0.3質量%)から構成されるコポリマー。
S1:アクリル酸ブチル(81.2質量%)、スチレン(17.5質量%)およびメタクリル酸アリル(1.3質量%)から構成されるコポリマー。
S2:メタクリル酸メチル(96質量%)およびアクリル酸エチル(4質量%)から構成されるコポリマー。
f1)20〜95質量%のポリ(メタ)アクリレート、
f2)0〜45質量%のスチレン−アクリロニトリルポリマー、
f3)5〜60質量%のシリコーンゴムグラフトコポリマー、
f4)0〜60質量%のアクリレートゴムをベースにした耐衝撃性改良剤、
(いずれの場合も、構成成分f1〜f4の質量に対して)および従来の添加剤から構成される。
Claims (19)
- 成形組成物を射出成形型内に射出し、前記組成物を冷却して成形品を得、さらに前記成形品の被覆対象表面と前記射出成形型の内部表面との間に中間空隙部が生じるように前記射出成形型を調整し、さらに前記得られた中間空隙部内に反応性混合物を射出成形で充填することによって、被覆成形品を製造するための方法であって、
前記反応性混合物を硬化させるために、前記射出成形型の少なくとも一部分の温度を少なくとも5℃上昇させることを1分以内に行うこと、
前記反応性混合物が、熱開始剤を前記反応性混合物の質量に対して0.03質量%〜5質量%含むこと、並びに、
前記反応性混合物が、光開始剤を前記反応性混合物の質量に対して0.01質量%〜3質量%含むこと
を特徴とする、被覆成形品を製造するための方法。 - 前記射出成形型の前記反応性混合物と接触する部分を加熱し、かつ、前記射出成形型の前記反応性混合物と接触しない部分を加熱しないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記射出成形型の少なくとも一部分の温度を少なくとも30℃上昇させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記成形組成物が、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリメタアクリルメチルイミドおよび/またはポリメチルメタクリレートコポリマーを少なくとも50質量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性混合物が、少なくとも2個の二重結合を有する(メタ)アクリレートを少なくとも40質量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性混合物が、少なくとも2個の二重結合を有する(メタ)アクリレートを少なくとも60質量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性混合物が、3個以上の二重結合を有する(メタ)アクリレートを少なくとも1種含み、当該3個以上の二重結合を有する(メタ)アクリレートの割合が、前記反応性混合物の質量に対して少なくとも25質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性混合物の動的粘度が、25℃において1〜200mPa*sの範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆の厚さが5μm〜75μmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記成形組成物を220〜330℃の範囲内の温度において前記射出成形型内に射出すること、及び、
前記反応性混合物を前記中間空隙部内に射出する前に、前記成形組成物を70〜150℃の範囲内の温度にまで冷却すること
を特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記成形組成物を220〜330℃の範囲内の温度において前記射出成形型内に射出すること、及び、
前記反応性混合物を前記中間空隙部内に射出する前に、前記成形組成物を70〜90℃の範囲内の温度にまで冷却すること
を特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記反応性混合物を95〜180℃の範囲内の温度で前記射出成形型内において熱硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性混合物を100〜140℃の範囲内の温度で前記射出成形型内において熱硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記の熱硬化後の予備硬化反応性混合物が光開始剤を含有しており、かつ、当該予備硬化反応性混合物を10〜40℃の範囲内の温度で紫外線照射によって硬化させることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記射出成形型の少なくとも一部分を電流によって加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記射出成形型の前記成形品に面している表面を加熱する加熱力の最高値が、被覆されていない成形品の最低温度の時点で始まり、かつ、前記反応性混合物の射出後1秒未満で終わる範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 調整可能な射出成形型を有する、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、前記射出成形型の少なくとも一部分の温度を10℃よりも高く変えることを1分間以内に実現可能に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記反応性混合物を前記射出成形型内に射出するのに用いる射出ノズルがペルティエ素子を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記射出成形型を、電磁誘導によってか、セラミック発熱体によってかまたはペルティエ素子によって加熱可能に、かつ、前記射出成形型の少なくとも一部分を冷却可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置。
