Claims (4)
- 原水を詰めてイオン化することができるように一定の体積を持って一つのイオン化室(110)を設けたイオン化容器(100)と、
前記イオン化容器(100)の一側に備えられて陽極と陰極の中である一つの電極のみ原水と直に接水されるよう構成されたイオン化電極部(200)と、
前記イオン化電極部(200)を制御することができるようにイオン化容器(100)の一側に備えられるイオン水制御部(310)と、
前記イオン水制御部(310)で使用者の操作信号を入力することができるようにイオン化容器(100)の一側に備えられる操作部(320)及び、
イオン水制御部(310)の制御によってイオン化電極部(200)へ電源を供給することができるようにイオン化容器の一側に備えられる電源部から構成し、
前記イオン化容器(100)は原水が流入されてイオン水が排出できるように上部に開口形成して、蓋(121)を持つ流出口を備えて、その外型は円筒型の瓶あるいは四角形の瓶、桶及び排出口が別に備えられるやかんの中である一つを選んで形成し、
前記イオン化電極部(200)は四角板型と円筒型及び円板型の中である一つを選んで形成して、イオン物質のみ通過される陽性子交換膜(Proton Exchange
Membrane)と高分子電解質膜(Polymer Electrolyte
Membrane)の中である一つから構成されたイオン隔膜(210)の一側に密着結合され原水と接し、イオン物質が通過可能に設けられた原水接触電極(220)と、前記原水接触電極(220)の反対側でイオン隔膜(210)に密着結合して外部へさらされ、イオン化過程で発生した酸素とオゾン又は水素ガスが通過可能に設けられた外部露出電極(230)から構成し、
前記原水接触電極(220)と外部露出電極(230)は網板又は多孔板の中である一つを選んで形成したことを特徴とし、
原水と接してない外部露出電極(230)の外面には酸化及び漏電を防止することができるように絶縁コーティング層(231)を形成し、
前記電源部は外部電源をつなげる外部電源部(331)又は内部のバッテリー(332)のうちいずれか一つを備え、
前記電源部とイオン水制御部(310)及び操作部(320)はイオン化容器(100)の下部に結合されるイオン化容器(100)の容器座台(150)に備えたことを特徴とする
イオン水器。 - 前記イオン化電極部(200)はイオン化容器(100)の一側側壁又は両側側壁に四角板型電極設置部(131)を設け、前記四角板型の電極設置部(131)に四角板型のイオン化電極部(200)が結合されるように構成し、四角板型の電極設置部(131)に結合されたイオン化電極部(200)がさらされないようにかぶせられ、ガスの排出ができるように通気孔(143)が形成された四角板型の電極カバー(141)を備えて構成したことと、
イオン化容器(100)の外面に円筒型の電極設置部(132)を設け、前記円筒型の電極設置部(132)に円筒型で設けられたイオン化電極部(200)が挟まれて結合されるように構成し、前記円筒型の電極設置部(132)に結合されたイオン化電極部(200)の外面がさらされないようにかぶせられて、ガスが排出できるように通気孔(143)が形成された円筒型の電極カバー(142)を備えて構成したことと、
イオン化容器(100)の下部に円板型の電極設置部(133)を設け、前記円板型の電極設置部(133)に円板型で設けられたイオン化電極部(200)が結合されるように構成したことの中で、
あるひとつを選んで構成したことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のイオン水器。 - イオン水をアルカリ水で使用する場合には、外部露出電極(230)を通して排出される酸素の中に含有されているオゾンを酸素に分解することができるように、外部露出電極(230)側にオゾン分解室(410)を形成して、前記オゾン分解室(410)にオゾン分解手段を備えたことを特徴とする
請求項1又は2に記載のイオン水器。 - 前記オゾン分解手段は
マンガン酸化物、鉛化合物になっているオゾン分解触媒(421)と、
オゾンを吸着して時間によって自然分解されるようにする活性炭(422)の中で、
ある一つを選んで構成したことを特徴とする
請求項3に記載のイオン水器。
