Claims (5)
- 供給された原水がイオン化できるように一定の体積を持ち形成したイオン化電解セル(100)と、
上記イオン化電解セル(100)の一側以上の内壁に備えられ陽極と陰極の中で一つの電極のみ原水と直に接水するように構成されたイオン化電極部(200)と、
上記イオン水の排出によって上記イオン化電極部(200)を制御するイオン水制御部(310)及び、
上記イオン水制御部(310)で使用者の操作信号を入力する操作部(320)から構成し、
上記イオン化電解セル(100)は四角型又は多角板状、円型板状及び、円筒型の中である一つを選んで形成して、内部に一定の体積を持つイオン化室(110)を形成し、一側に原水が流入される原水流入管(120)と、上記原水流入管の反対方向にイオン化したイオン水の排出されるイオン水排出管(130)を備え、
上記イオン化室(110)の原水流入管(120)からイオン水排出管(130)への原水の流動方向の一側面に、イオン化電極部(200)が、その外面が外部にさらされるように設置した電極設置部(140)を設け、
上記イオン化電極部(200)はイオン物質のみ通過される陽性子交換膜(Proton Exchange Membrane)と高分子電解質膜(Polymer Electrolyte Membrane)の中のある一つから構成したイオン隔膜(210)の一側に密着結合されることで原水と接してイオン物質の通過可能に設けられた原水接触電極(220)と、上記原水接触電極(220)の反対側でイオン隔膜(210)に密着結合されることで外部にさらされて、イオン化過程で発生した酸素とオゾン又は水素ガスの通過可能に設けられた外部露出電極(230)を構成したことを特徴とする
イオン水製造装置。 - 上記電極設置部(140)は原水のイオン化を高めることができるように両側に形成したことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のイオン水製造装置。 - 上記原水接触電極(220)と外部露出電極(230)は網板又は多孔板の中である一つを選んで構成し、
原水と接してない外部露出電極(230)の外面には酸化及び漏電を防止することができるように絶縁コーティング層(231)を設けたことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のイオン水製造装置。 - イオン水をアルカリ水で使用する場合には外部露出電極(230)を通して排出される酸素の中に含有されているオゾンを酸素で分解することができるように外部露出電極(230)側にオゾン分解室(410)を設けて、
上記オゾン分解室(410)にオゾン分解手段を備えたことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のイオン水製造装置。 - 上記オゾン分解手段はマンガン酸化物、鉛化合物からなるオゾン分解触媒(421)と、オゾンを吸着して時間によって自然分解されるようにする活性炭(422)及び、オゾン分解紫外線を照射する紫外線照射機(423)の中である一つを選んで構成したことを特徴とする
