Description
Claims (1)
- 水を電気分解して酸素を発生させる、水を用いた酸素発生器を構成する水電解槽(10)の着脱型または一体型の上部カバー(200)(200’)に設けられる酸素排出口(202)側に、上方が開放され且つ通孔(210a)を有する凹溝状のフィルター装着部(210)を一体に形成し、該フィルター装着部に、カーボンブラック(231)、活性炭粒子、及び不織布に活性炭を付着させた活性炭不織布の中から選ばれたいずれかからなり且つシリコン膜(232)で覆われた状態のオゾン除去フィルター(230)を安着させた後、酸素排出口(203)が備えられた別途の蓋体(220)でオゾン除去フィルター(230)の上部が覆われるようにフィルター装着部(210)の上部を密閉してオゾン除去フィルター(230)を一体型に装着することにより、
水供給口(201)を介して水電解槽(10)の内部に供給される生水の電気分解の際に酸素と一緒に発生するオゾン、及び生水に含まれているカルシウム(Ca)、マグネシウム(Mg)、ケイ素(Si)などの各種有無機物質とオゾンとが結合されたオゾン化合物の供給を、上部カバー(200)(200’)に設けられた凹溝状のフィルター装着部(210)に備えられる通孔(210a)を介して受け、シリコン膜(232)で覆われた状態で一体型に装着されたオゾン除去フィルター(230)でフィルタリングして、フィルター装着部(210)の上部を密閉している別途の蓋体(220)に備えられた酸素排出口(202)を介して高純度の酸素を安定的に得ることができるように構成されることを特徴とする、オゾン除去フィルター一体型酸素発生器。
