Description
Claims (14)
- コアおよびポリマーシースを有して成るワイヤまたはケーブルであって、該ポリマーシースが、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)から作られた、または少なくとも30重量%のPEEKを含有するPEEKと別のポリマーとのブレンドもしくはアロイから作られた、巻き付けPEEKフィルムを含み、該巻き付けPEEKフィルムが5〜150μmの厚さを有し、
該巻き付けPEEKフィルムが、ポリマーマトリックス内にマイカ粒子を含んで成る層と組み合わされており、
該巻き付けPEEKフィルムが、間に1つのマイカ層が存在する2つのPEEK層を有して成る、ワイヤまたはケーブル。 - 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、10〜100μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、少なくとも50重量%のPEEKを含有するPEEKと別のポリマーとのブレンドもしくはアロイから作られている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、少なくとも80重量%のPEEKを含有するPEEKと別のポリマーとのブレンドもしくはアロイから作られている、請求項3に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムが組み合わされているポリマーマトリックス内にマイカ粒子を含んで成る層は、耐火層である、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層のマトリックスは、シリコーンゴム、シリカ系ポリマーマトリックスまたはシロキサンポリマーを含んで成る、請求項5に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層は、巻き付けられたテープの形態である、請求項5または請求項6に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層として巻き付けられたテープは、支持層または裏打層を有する、請求項7に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層として巻き付けられたテープは、ガラス繊維で裏打ちされたテープである、請求項8に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層は、ポリマーシースの内側層としてコアの周囲に形成され、その耐火層の周囲に巻き付けPEEKフィルムが巻き付けられている、請求項5〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- コアの周囲にポリマーシースの内側層を有して成り、該内側層が、巻き付けPEEKフィルムと、前記ポリマーマトリックス内にマイカ粒子を含んで成る層のポリマーテープとが組み合わされてできている、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記内側層は、ポリオレフィンフィルムを含む、請求項11に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- ポリマーシースの外側に外側保護ポリマー層を更に有する、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記外側保護ポリマー層は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、PEEK、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、シロキサンポリエーテルイミド、熱可塑性ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエステル、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、エポキシ樹脂もしくはアクリル樹脂、またはこれらいずれかのブレンドもしくはアロイから選択されるポリマーで形成されている、請求項13に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
