Claims (22)
- コアおよびポリマーシースを有して成るワイヤまたはケーブルであって、該シースが、5〜150μmの厚さを有し、かつポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、または少なくとも30重量%のPEEKおよび別のポリマーを含有するPEEKのポリマーブレンドもしくはポリマーアロイの巻き付けフィルムを含む、ワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、10〜100μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、少なくとも50重量%のPEEKを含有するブレンドまたはアロイでできている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、少なくとも80重量%のPEEKを含有するブレンドまたはアロイでできている、請求項3に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 巻き付けPEEKフィルムは、間に1つのマイカ層が存在する2つのPEEK層を有して成る、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- PEEKフィルムは、別のポリマーの層と組み合わされている、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- PEEKフィルムを組み合わせる層は、内部にマイカ粒子が分散しているポリマーマトリックスの耐火層である、請求項6に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層のマトリックスは、シリコーンゴム、シリカ系ポリマーマトリックスまたはシロキサンポリマーを含んで成る、請求項7に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層は、巻き付けられたテープの形態である、請求項7または請求項8に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火材料の巻き付けテープは、支持層または裏打層を有する、請求項9に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火材料の巻き付け層は、ガラス繊維で裏打ちされたテープである、請求項10に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 耐火層は、内側層としてコアの周囲に形成され、その耐火層の周囲にPEEKフィルムが巻き付けられている、請求項7〜請求項11のいずれか1つに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- PEEKフィルムおよび内部にマイカ粒子が分散しているポリマーテープでできた、コアの周囲にある、組み合わせられた内側層を有して成る、請求項6〜請求項12のいずれか1つに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 組み合わせられた内側層は、ポリオレフィンフィルムを含む、請求項13に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 外側保護ポリマー層を更に有する、請求項1〜請求項14のいずれかに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記外側層は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、PEEK、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、シロキサンポリエーテルイミド、熱可塑性ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエステル、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、エポキシ樹脂もしくはアクリル樹脂、またはこれらいずれかのブレンドもしくはアロイから選択されるポリマーで形成されている、請求項15に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 外側保護ポリマー層は、焼結されている、あるいは融着している、請求項15または請求項16に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- PEEKフィルムは、少なくとも部分的に焼結されている、あるいは融着している、請求項1〜請求項17に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- コアは、ポリマー炭素繊維またはセラミックのコアである、請求項1〜請求項18のいずれかに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- コアは、導電性の金属コアである、請求項1〜請求項18のいずれか1つに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- コアは、銅、アルミニウム、銀またはスチールである、請求項20に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- コアは、銅、ニッケル、スズまたは銀で被覆されている、請求項19〜請求項21のいずれか1つに記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
