Abstract
積層板又は共押出しされた少なくとも2つの層を有して成る。電気ワイヤー等導体(10)に多層コーティングを形成するために、このテープを使用することが可能である。ラッピング又は押出により、被覆されたテープの周りにPTFE等のフルオロポリマーから成る外側保護層(28)を施してもよい。
Description
(i)電気絶縁性を増やすこと、
(ii)ワイヤー末端の絶縁剥離を改善すること、および
(iii)被覆テープで絶縁されるワイヤーの外側にフルオロポリマーをコーティングする場合に、フルオロポリマー層の加熱によりフルオロポリマー層を溶かして均質層を形成することが可能であることが挙げられる。
(a)上記に規定するように、コア近くに第1層を有したコア周りに被覆された複合絶縁テープ、および
(b)フルオロポリマーから成る被覆された又は押出された外層を有して成る。
Claims (18)
- マイカ粒子が分散されたポリマー・マトリックスから成る第1絶縁層(24)と、芳香族環および/又は複素環を含んで成り、又、少なくとも350℃の融点および少なくとも150℃のガラス転移温度を有するポリマーから成る第2層(26)とを含む積層板又は共押出された少なくとも2つの層を有して成る、複合絶縁テープ(20)。
- 第2層(26)が、芳香族環と結合するケトン基とエーテル基との比が少なくとも1:1である少なくとも65重量%のポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)を含んで成るブレンド又は合金を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 第2層(26)のPAEKが、五員環と融合する六員環を含んで成る複素環単位から成るポリマーと混ぜ合わせられ又は合金化されている、請求項2に記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 第1絶縁層(24)が、第2層(26)とは反対側の第1絶縁層(24)の表面に施されたフルオロカーボン又はシリコーンの層又はコーティング(25)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 第1層(44)とは反対側の第2層(46)の側面にフルオロポリマーから成る層(47)を更に有して成る、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- コア(10)およびポリマー・シース(16、28)を有して成るワイヤー又はケーブルであって、
前記シースが、
(a)コアにより近い第1層(24)でコアの周りが覆われた請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の複合絶縁テープ(20)、および
(b)フルオロポリマーから成る被覆された又は押出された外層(28)
を有して成る、ワイヤー又はケーブル。 - 外側の保護ポリマー層(28)が焼結又は融合されている、請求項6に記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 第2層(26)が少なくとも部分的に焼結又は融合されている、請求項6又は7に記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 全シース(16)が焼結されている、請求項8に記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 前記層状の複合フィルム(20)が、40〜70%、好ましくは48〜58%重なってコア(10)にらせん状に巻かれている、請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 保護外層が前記複合テープの層としてコアの周りに覆われている、請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 外側の保護層(28)が押出により形成されている、請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 第1層(24)および第2層(26)並びに保護外層の各々が25〜100μmの厚さを有する、請求項6〜12のいずれかに記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- 第1層(24)および第2層(26)並びに保護外層(28)の各々が25〜50μmの厚さを有する、請求項6〜12のいずれかに記載のワイヤー又はケーブル。
- マイカ粒子が分散されたポリマー・マトリックスから成る第1層(24)と、芳香族環および/又は複素環を含んで成り、又、少なくとも350℃の融点および150℃のガラス転移温度を有するポリマーを含んで成る第2層(26)とを有して成る複合テープ(20)を、細長いコア(10)にらせん状に巻くことでシース(16)を形成する工程、
被覆又は押出しによりフルオロポリマーから成る外層(28)を施す工程、および
少なくとも前記外層を焼結する工程
を含んで成る、絶縁ワイヤー又はケーブルの製造方法。 - 350℃〜420℃の範囲の温度で前記焼結を行う、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 高温度で、又、不活性雰囲気での電子ビーム放射線の適用により外層(16)を架橋させる、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 24時間以下170〜300℃でシース(16)をアニーリング処理する、請求項15〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。
