Claims (19)
- 雲母粒子が分散されたポリママトリクスの絶縁第1層(24)と、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、PEEKを少なくとも50%含有する混合物又は合金からなる第2層(26)との積層又は共押出し成形物を具備する複合絶縁テープ(20)であって、
前記層の少なくとも一方の層の表面であって、他方の層とは反対側の層の表面は、フルオロポリマ膜でコーティングされていることを特徴とする複合絶縁テープ。 - 前記第2層は、PEEKを少なくとも65重量%含有する混合物及び合金を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 前記第2層のPEEKは、別のポリアリールエーテルケトンと、又は五員環で溶融された六員環を含有する複素環単位のポリマと混合又は合金化されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 前記絶縁第1層は、前記第2層とは反対側の表面に付けられたフッ化炭素の層又はコーティング(25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 前記第1層(44)の反対側の前記第2層(46)にフルオロポリマの層(47)をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項記載の複合絶縁テープ。
- 芯(10)及びポリマ製シース(16,28)を具備する電線又はケーブルであって、
前記シースは、
前記芯により近い前記第1層を有する、前記芯の周囲に巻回された請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の複合絶縁テープ(20)と、
フルオロポリマの巻回された又は押出し成形された外層(28)と
を具備することを特徴とする電線又はケーブル。 - 前記外層は焼結され又は溶融されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 前記第2層は、少なくとも部分的に焼結され又は溶融されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 前記シース全体が焼結されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 積層された複合膜(20)が40〜70%、好適には48〜58%重なり合った状態で芯上に螺旋状に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 重なり合いは48〜58%であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 前記外層は、前記複合テープの一層として前記芯の周囲に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 前記外層は押出し成形により形成されてことを特徴とする請求項6ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 前記第1層、前記第2層及び前記外層の各々は25〜100μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項6ないし13のうちいずれか1項記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 前記第1層、前記第2層及び前記外層の各々は25〜50μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項6ないし13のうちいずれか1項記載の電線又はケーブル。
- 絶縁電線又はケーブルの製造方法であって、
細長の芯上に請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の複合絶縁テープを螺旋状に巻回することによりシースを形成する工程と、
前記巻回されたテープ上に巻回又は押出し成形によりフルオロポリマの外層を付ける工程と、
少なくとも前記外層を焼結する工程と
を具備する絶縁電線又はケーブルの製造方法。 - 前記焼結工程は、350〜420℃の範囲の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項16記載の絶縁電線又はケーブルの製造方法。
- 前記外層は、高温の不活性雰囲気内で電子ビーム放射により架橋されることを特徴とする請求項16又は17記載の絶縁電線又はケーブルの製造方法。
- 前記シースは、170〜300℃で24時間までアニーリング工程にさらされることを特徴とする請求項16ないし18のうちいずれか1項記載の絶縁電線又はケーブルの製造方法。
