Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "fita isolante de alta temperatura e fio ou cabo revestido com a mesma". a presente invenção refere-se a uma fita isolante composta (20) que compreende um laminado ou coextrusão de pelo menos duas camadas, incluindo uma primeira camada isolante (24) de uma matriz de polímero em que partículas de mica são dispersas e uma segunda camada (26) de um poliéter éter cetona (peek), ou uma mistura ou uma liga do mesmo contendo pelo menos 50% de peek, em que a superfície de pelo menos uma referida camada, oposta à outra referida camada, é revestida com um filme de fluoropolímero (25). a fita pode ser usada para formar um revestimento de múltiplas camadas em um condutor (10), tal como um fio elétrico. uma camada externa de proteção (28) de um fluoropolímero, tal como ptfe, pode ser aplicada em torno da fita revestida, por revestimento ou extrusão. em modalidades preferidas, filmes de fluoropolímeros são aplicados em ambos os lados da fita.
