Description
Claims (18)
- コアと絶縁ポリマーシースとを含むワイヤまたはケーブルであって、該シースが、
12μm〜100μmの厚さを有するポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の内層と、
前記内層の周囲に位置し、芳香環および/または複素環を含むポリマーを含む12μm〜100μmの厚さを有する中間層と、
12μm〜100μmの厚さを有する焼結されたPTFEの外層と、
を含むワイヤまたはケーブル。 - 前記中間層が、ポリアリールエーテルケトン(PAEK)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記PAEKの中間層が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、またはポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)とポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン(PEKEKK)およびポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)から成る群から選択される化合物とのブレンドもしくはアロイを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記中間層が、5員環と縮合した6員環を含む複素環単位のポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記中間層が、ポリベンゼミダゾール、ポリベンゾザゾールおよび/またはポリベンゾチアゾールの単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記中間層が、25μm〜75μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記コアの周囲の前記3つの層のそれぞれが、25μm〜75μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記シースの前記中間層および/または前記内層が、焼結されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記コアが導電性金属のコアであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記コアが、銅、アルミニウム、銀または鋼であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記コアが、ポリマー、カーボンファイバーまたはセラミックのコアであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記3つの層のそれぞれが、個々に巻き付けられた層であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 2または3つの前記絶縁層が、層状複合フィルムの形態で付与されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記絶縁層および/または前記層状複合フィルムが、25%〜60%重なって前記コア上に螺旋状に巻き付けられていることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 前記絶縁層が押出しによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤまたはケーブル。
- 12μm〜100μmの厚さを有するポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の内層と、
12μm〜100μmの厚さを有する芳香環および/または複素環を含むポリマーを含む中間層と、
12μm〜100μmの厚さを有するPTFEの外層と、
を細長いコア上に螺旋状に巻き付け、少なくとも前記外層を焼結する工程を含む、請求項1に記載のワイヤまたはケーブルの製造方法。 - 前記焼結が、350℃〜420℃の温度範囲で実施されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)の内層と、芳香環および/または複素環を含むポリマーを含む中間層と、PTFEの外層とを含む請求項1に記載のワイヤまたはケーブルのための複合絶縁フィルムまたはテープ。
