Claims (3)
- 少なくとも1つの第1の電磁放射をサンプルに与え、少なくとも1つの第2の電磁放射を参照物に与える少なくとも1つの第1の構成部であって、前記少なくとも1つの第1の構成部によって与えられる放射周波数は、第1の固有周期の時間にわたって繰り返し変化する、少なくとも1つの第1の構成部と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の電磁放射の偏光状態間での位相遅延を誘発するように構成される音響光学周波数シフタを含む少なくとも1つの第2の構成部と、
前記位相遅延の関数として前記サンプルの少なくとも一部分を画像化するためのデータを与えるように構成される少なくとも1つの第3の構成部と、を備え、前記偏光状態の数は、2であり、前記位相遅延は、連続的である、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第3の構成部は、フーリエ領域における異なる偏光状態に関する画像を分離するように構成される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 2つの前記偏光状態は、互いに直交する請求項1に記載の装置。
