Claims (8)
- ハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に配置されるアクチュエータ・チューブと、
前記アクチュエータ・チューブに結合された取付け端と該アクチュエータ・チューブによって動かされる自由端とを有する、光ファイバのカンチレバー自由端部分と、
を備え、
前記光ファイバの前記カンチレバー自由端部分の長さの少なくとも一部分が、前記アクチュエータ・チューブ内に配置され、
前記アクチュエータ・チューブは前記光ファイバとともに延びており、該光ファイバを2次元で移動できるようにしている、
ことを特徴とする走査型ファイバ・デバイス。 - 前記長さの少なくとも4分の1が、前記アクチュエータ・チューブ内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
- 前記光ファイバの前記カンチレバー自由端部分の前記長さの全てが、前記アクチュエータ・チューブ内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
- 前記光ファイバの前記カンチレバー自由端部分の前記自由端は、前記アクチュエータ・チューブを超えて延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
- 前記取付け端は、前記カンチレバー自由端部分の前記自由端から最も遠い前記アクチュエータ・チューブの第1の部分に物理的に結合され、前記カンチレバー自由端部分の前記自由端に最も近い前記アクチュエータ・チューブの第2の部分は、ハウジングに物理的に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータ・チューブはテーパ型であり、前記アクチュエータ・チューブの遠位端における内側断面の大きさは、前記アクチュエータ・チューブの近位端における内側断面よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
- 前記取付け端を前記アクチュエータ・チューブに物理的に結合するプラグをさらに備え、該プラグは前記光ファイバを内部に含む穴を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータ・チューブは圧電チューブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の走査型ファイバ・デバイス。
