Claims (8)
- バッテリパックを負荷に選択的につなぐためのバッテリ切断ユニットであって、
その上に、第1及び第2の接触器、前充電リレー、及び充電リレーを、保持するように構成されたベース部分;
回路基板から外側に延在している第1、第2、第3、及び第4のバスバーであって、前記回路基板につながれている第1、第2、第3、及び第4のバスバーを有する回路基板;
第1及び第2バスバーであって、該第1及び第2バスバーは、それぞれ、第1接触器の第1及び第2端子につながるようにされ、第1バスバーは、さらに、該バッテリパックに繋がれるように構成され、第2バスバーは、さらに、負荷に繋がれるように構成される、第1及び第2バスバー;並びに、
第3及び第4バスバーであって、該第3及び第4バスバーは、さらに、第2接触器のそれぞれ、第3及び第4端子に繋がれるように構成され、第3バスバーは、さらに、バッテリパックに繋がれるように構成されており、第4バスバーは、さらに、負荷に繋がれるように構成されている、第3及び第4バスバー;
を含むバッテリ切断ユニット。 - 前記回路基板は、さらに、その上に配置される前充電抵抗器を含み、該前充電リレーと該前充電抵抗器は互いに直列につながれ、さらに第1接触器と並列につながれて、
第1制御信号は、該前充電リレーが、バッテリパックを、該前充電抵抗器を通して該負荷に接続することを誘導し、そして、第2制御信号は、該第2接触器が、バッテリパックを、該負荷を前充電するため、該負荷に接続することを誘導する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ切断ユニット。 - 第3制御信号は、第1接触器が、該バッテリパックを、該負荷にエネルギーを与えるため該負荷につなげるように誘導することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリ切断ユニット。
- 前記回路基板は、さらに、そこにつながれる第1及び第2コネクタ端子アセンブリを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリ切断ユニット。
- 前記第1コネクタ端子アセンブリは、該前充電リレー中の前充電リレーコイルに電気的に接続され、そして第1コネクタ端子アセンブリは、該充電リレー中の充電リレーコイルにさらに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ切断ユニット。
- 該第2コネクタ端子アセンブリは、該第1接触器の第1接触器コイルに電気的に接続され、そして該第2コネクタ端子アセンブリは、該第2接触器の第2接触器コイルにさらに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ切断ユニット。
- さらに該ベース部分に取り付けられるように構成されるカバー部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ切断ユニット。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ切断ユニットを組立てる方法であって、
ベース部分上に、第1及び第2の接触器、前充電リレー、及び充電リレーを配置すること、
第1、第2、第3及び第4のバスバーを有する回路基板を、ベース部分の上方に配置すること、
第1及び第2バスバーを、それぞれ、第1接触器の第1及び第2の端子に繋げること、
第3及び第4バスバーを、それぞれ、第2接触器の第1及び第2の端子に繋げること、及び、
第1及び第2の接触器、充電リレー、及び回路基板が、ベース部分及びカバー部分の間に配置されるように、カバー部分をベース部分に繋げることを含む、バッテリ切断ユニットを組立てる方法。
