Description
上記リチウム含有酸化物は、リチウムニッケル系酸化物を含み、
上記非水電解質は、下記化学式1で表されるビニルエチレンカーボネート(vinyl ethylene carbonate、VEC)及び下記化学式2で表されるモノニトリル(mono‐nitrile)を同時に含有する。
エチレンカーボネート(EC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)=3:2:5(w:w)の組成を持つ混合有機溶媒に1MのLiPF6を混合して非水電解質を製造し、非水電解質100重量部に対して0.5重量部のビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)及び0.5重量部のブチロニトリル(BN)を添加して非水電解質を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して2重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して5.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して10.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ビニルエチレンカーボネートの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して1.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して2重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例5と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して5重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例5と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して10.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例5と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ビニルエチレンカーボネートの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して3.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して2重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して5重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して10.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ビニルエチレンカーボネートの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して5.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して2重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例13と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して5重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例13と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの含量を非水電解質100重量部に対して10.0重量部に変化させたことを除いては、実施例13と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの代わりにバレロニトリルを、非水電解質100重量部に対して0.5重量部で添加したことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの代わりにバレロニトリルを、非水電解質100重量部に対して2重量部で添加したことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの代わりにバレロニトリルを、非水電解質100重量部に対して5重量部で添加したことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ブチロニトリルの代わりにバレロニトリルを、非水電解質100重量部に対して10.0重量部で添加したことを除いては、実施例9と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
混合有機溶媒としてエチレンカーボネート(EC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):エチルプロピオネート(EP)=3:2:5(w:w)の混合有機溶媒を使用したことを除いては、実施例17と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
混合有機溶媒としてエチレンカーボネート(EC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):エチルプロピオネート(EP)=3:2:5(w:w)の混合有機溶媒を使用したことを除いては、実施例18と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
混合有機溶媒としてエチレンカーボネート(EC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):エチルプロピオネート(EP)=3:2:5(w:w)の混合有機溶媒を使用したことを除いては、実施例19と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
混合有機溶媒としてエチレンカーボネート(EC):プロピレンカーボネート(PC):エチルプロピオネート(EP)=3:2:5(w:w)の混合有機溶媒を使用したことを除いては、実施例20と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
正極としてLiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2のみを使用したことを除いては、実施例6と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
正極としてLiNi0.8Mn0.1Co0.1O2のみを使用したことを除いては、実施例6と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質の混合有機溶媒の成分及び組成をエチレンカーボネート(EC):エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC):ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)=3:4:3(w:w)に変化させたことを除いては、実施例6と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
ビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)とブチロニトリル(BN)とを添加しなかったことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対してビニレンカーボネート(VC)を3重量部添加したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対してブチロニトリル(BN)を10.0重量部添加したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対してバレロニトリル(VN)を10.0重量部添加したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対してビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)を5.0重量部添加したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対してビニレンカーボネート(VC)を3.0重量部、ブチロニトリル(BN)を5.0重量部添加したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対してビニレンカーボネート(VC)を3.0重量部、バレロニトリル(VN)を5.0重量部添加したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
正極としてLiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2のみを使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
正極としてLiNi0.8Mn0.1Co0.1O2のみを使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
正極としてLiCoO2のみを使用したことを除いては、比較例1と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
非水電解質100重量部に対して3.0重量部のビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)及び2.0重量部のアセトニトリル(AcN)を非水電解質に添加したことを除いては、比較例8と同一の方法でポーチ型電池を製造した。
実施例及び比較例で製造されたポーチ型電池を電解質注入後常温で2日間エイジング(aging)してから、0.2Cレートで50分間充電した。次いで、脱ガス/再封止して室温で0.2Cで4.2Vまで定電流/定電圧条件で充電し、0.2Cで3.0Vまで定電流条件で放電することを初期充放電とする。このとき、放電容量対比充電容量の比率を初期効率とする。初期充放電の後、同じ電圧領域で1.0Cレートで充放電を400回施し、初期放電容量対比400回での容量維持率を下記表1に記載した。
Claims (12)
- リチウム二次電池であって、
リチウムイオンを吸蔵及び放出することができる負極と、リチウム含有酸化物で構成されてなる正極と、及び非水電解質とを備えてなり、
前記リチウム含有酸化物が、リチウムニッケル系酸化物を含んでなり、
前記非水電解質が、下記化学式1で表されるビニルエチレンカーボネート(VEC)と、及び下記化学式2で表されるモノニトリル化合物を同時に含有するものであり、
前記ビニルエチレンカーボネートの含量が、非水電解質100重量部を基準にして0.1ないし5.0重量部であり、
前記モノニトリル化合物の含量が、非水電解質の全体重量を基準にして0.1ないし10.0重量部である、リチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム含有酸化物が、前記リチウムニッケル系酸化物とLiCoO2との混合物である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウムニッケル系酸化物が、
LiNiO2、Li1−x(NiaCobMnc)O2(−0.1≦x≦0.1、0<a<1、0<b<1、0<c<1、a+b+c=1)、
LiNi1−yCoyO2(O≦y<1)、
LiNi1−yMnyO2(O≦y<1)、
Li(NiaCobMnc)O4(0<a<2、0<b<2、0<c<2、a+b+c=2)、及び
LiMn2−zNizO4(0<z<2)からなる群より選択された何れか一種又はこれらの二種以上の混合物である、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記リチウムニッケル系酸化物が、
Li1−x(NiaCobMnc)O2
(−0.1≦x≦0.1、0<a<1、0<b<1、0<c<1、a+b+c=1)である、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記リチウムニッケル系酸化物が、
Li1−x(NiaCobMnc)O2
(−0.1≦x≦0.1、0.5≦a≦0.8、0.1≦b≦0.2、0.1≦c≦0.3、a+b+c=1)である、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記モノニトリル化合物が、プロピオニトリル、ブチロニトリル、バレロニトリル、ヘキサニトリル及びヘプタンニトリルからなる群より選択された何れか一種又はこれらの二種以上の混合物である、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記モノニトリル化合物が、ブチロニトリル、バレロニトリル及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されたものである、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記環状カーボネート化合物が、エチレンカーボネート、又は、エチレンカーボネートとプロピレンカーボネートとの混合物である、請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記線状エステル化合物が、エチルプロピオネートである、請求項10又は11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
