NF:緯糸密度(本/in)、DF:緯糸繊度(デニール)
カバーファクター(K)(糸密度及び/又は繊度)が1200未満で低ければ、エアバッグ用基布24が、所定の機械的強度を得難く、さらに、糸ずれが発生して織目の形態が崩れる虞れが生ずるためである。逆に、カバーファクター(K)(糸密度及び/又は繊度)が2400を超えて高ければ、エアバッグ用基布24の剛性が高すぎるとともに、基布自体が厚くなって、エアバッグ11の折り畳み作業性や収納性に問題が生じやすくなるためである。
2:細糸基布からなる試験片TP2にコーティング層CLを形成し、太糸基布からなる試験片TP1をコーティング層CLに重ねてヒートプレスして試験片TP1,TP2相互を接着させたもの(試験例2)
3:細糸基布からなる試験片TP2を2枚使用し、一方にコーティング層CLを形成して、他方を重ね、ヒートプレスを施して試験片TP2,TP2相互を接着させたもの(参照例1)
4:太糸基布からなる試験片TP1を2枚使用し、一方にコーティング層CLを形成して、他方を重ね、ヒートプレスを施して試験片TP1,TP1相互を接着させたもの(参照例2)。

Claims (7)
- 可撓性を有した織布からなる外周壁を有するエアバッグであって、
前記外周壁が、織糸の太さを異ならせた太糸基布と、細糸基布と、を、連ならせるとともに、前記太糸基布と前記細糸基布とを、間にコーティング層を介在させてヒートプレスを施すことにより、接着させて、構成され、
前記コーティング層が、前記太糸基布側のみに、先に、前記コーティング層を形成するコーティング剤を塗布させて、形成されていることを特徴とするエアバッグ。 - 前記コーティング層が、前記細糸基布との接着面側となる表面を平滑にするように、形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記太糸基布及び前記細糸基布が、ともに、ポリアミド繊維から、形成され、
前記コーティング層が、ポリアミド系エラストマーのエマルションを塗布して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエアバッグ。 - 可撓性を有した織布からなる外周壁を有し、
前記外周壁が、織糸の太さを異ならせた太糸基布と、細糸基布と、を、連ならせて構成されるエアバッグの製造方法であって、
前記外周壁が、前記太糸基布のみに、コーティング剤を塗布して、コーティング層を形成し、
該コーティング層に、前記細糸基布を重ねてヒートプレスを施すことにより、前記太糸基布と前記細糸基布とを接着させて、形成されることを特徴とするエアバッグの製造方法。 - 前記コーティング層が、前記細糸基布との接着面側となる表面を平滑にするように、形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエアバッグの製造方法。
- 前記太糸基布及び前記細糸基布が、ともに、ポリアミド繊維から、形成され、
前記コーティング剤が、ポリアミド系エラストマーのエマルションからなることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のエアバッグの製造方法。 - 前記コーティング層が、スクリーン印刷により形成されることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグの製造方法。
