Claims (14)
- 기체에 의해 부품성을 갖는 팽창부,상기 팽창부를 지지하는 비팽창부, 및상기 팽창부와 비팽창부의 경계를 이루는 접합부를 포함하며,상기 접합부의 접합면에 씸실런트가 도포 폭 7 내지 12 mm, 도포 두께 0.5 내지 1.3 mm, 및 도포량 35 내지 150 g/min으로 도포되고, 섬도가 420 내지 1,260 데니어의 봉제사로 땀수가 30 내지 55 ea/100mm가 되도록 봉제되고, 에어백에 10 bar 이상의 순간압력을 주입하였을 때, 초기 에어백 팽창시 최대 압력이 40 kPa 이상이고, 6초 후의 유지압력이 25 kPa 이상이 되는 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에어백은 나일론계 원단, 폴리에스테르계 원단, 폴리페닐렌설파이드계 원단, 폴리에틸렌 2,6-나프탈레이트계 원단, 및 아라미드계 원단으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원단을 사용하는 것인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 원단은 분말(powder)형 실리콘, 액상(liquid)형 실리콘, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 고무성분으로 코팅되어 있는 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 고무성분의 단위면적당 코팅량이 20 내지 100 g/m2인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 씸실런트는 1액형 또는 2액형의 상온 경화형 실리콘 수지 또는 열경화형 실리콘 수지를 포함하는 것인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 씸실런트의 도포량이 40 내지 110 g/min인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 씸실런트의 도포 두께가 0.5 내지 1.0 mm인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 씸실런트의 도포 폭이 8 내지 10 mm인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합부는 나일론계 원사, 폴리에스테르계 원사 및 p-아라미드계 원사로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 봉제사를 사용하여 봉제되는 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합부는 봉제부분의 땀수가 40 내지 50 ea/100mm가 되도록 봉제되는 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접합부는 섬도가 840 내지 1,260 데니어의 봉제사를 사용하여 봉제되는 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 사이드 커튼형 에어백을 포함하는 에어백 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 봉제사는 미국재료시험협회규격 ASTM D 204-97의 방법으로 측정한 인장강도가 58N 내지 110N인 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 원단의 고무성분 코팅면과 씸실런트 도포면 사이의 계면접착성이 90% 이상을 유지하는 사이드 커튼형 에어백.
