Claims (14)
- 複数のローラセットであって、各ローラセットが第1のローラ及び第2のローラを有するローラセットを具えるコンベヤベルトにおいて、
前記第1及び第2のローラが、一方の前記ローラの第1の角度方向の駆動により反対方向の第2の角度方向に他方の前記ローラが回転するように、互いに接触するよう配置されており、
前記第1及び第2のローラが、前記コンベヤベルトの長手方向に対して鋭角の角度を成すよう配置された回転軸を有していることを特徴とするコンベヤベルト。 - 前記第1及び第2のローラが垂直方向に積み重なって配置されており、前記第1のローラが下部ローラであり、前記第2のローラが前記下部ローラの上方に配置された上部ローラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- さらに、前記ローラセットを支持するコンベヤベルトモジュールを具えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- 前記コンベヤベルトモジュールが、前記ローラセットが中に配置された内部空間を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- 前記コンベヤベルトモジュールが、上面及び下面を具えており、
前記第1のローラの一部が、前記下面を超えて延びており、
前記第2のローラの一部が、前記上面を超えて延びていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコンベヤベルト。 - 前記第1及び第2のローラの少なくともいくつかが、一方のローラの外面が他方のローラの外面よりも速いスピードで反対方向の第2の角度方向に動くように、ギヤ効果を形成するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- コンベヤベルトであって、
前記コンベヤベルトの幅にわたって列を成し、前記ベルトの長手方向に沿って列を成して配置され、前記コンベヤベルトの少なくとも一部を形成する複数のコンベヤベルトモジュールを具えており、
各モジュールが、上面、下面、及び前記上面から前記下面に延びる内部開口を有する本体を具えており、
さらに、各モジュールが、垂直方向に積み重なって前記開口の中に配置された上部ローラ及び下部ローラを有するローラセットを具え、前記上部ローラが前記下部ローラの上方に位置する状態で、前記上部及び下部ローラが互いに接触するよう配置されており、
各上部ローラの一部が、関連するモジュール本体の前記上面を超えて延びており、各下部ローラの一部が、関連するモジュール本体の前記下面を超えて延びており、
前記下部ローラを、前記コンベヤベルトの下方に配置された駆動機構との接触を介して前記コンベヤベルトの作動中に駆動させることができ、
前記下部ローラ及び前記駆動機構間の接触により、前記下部ローラが下流方向に回転し、前記下部ローラ及び前記上部ローラ間の接触により、前記上部ローラが上流方向に回転し、
各ローラはコンベヤベルトモジュールの中のローラシャフトで支持されており、各ローラシャフトは前記コンベヤベルトの長手方向に対して角度を成すよう配置されていることを特徴とするコンベヤベルト。 - 前記角度が、前記長手方向に対して約1度乃至約89度の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- 各ローラシャフトが、約90度の進路変更角度で前記コンベヤベルトから対象物を進路変更させるような角度を成すよう配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- 前記上部ローラの少なくともいくつかが、下部ローラに接触する第1の部分と、前記コンベヤベルトによって運ばれる対象物に接触するよう構成された第2の部分と、を具えており、
前記第1の部分が、前記第2の部分よりも小さな直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコンベヤベルト。 - 前記第1の部分が、前記上部ローラの2つの外側部分間に位置する内側部分であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- 前記上部及び下部ローラが、互いに噛合してローラの滑りを減らすよう構成された歯部を有していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- 前記歯部が、曲げ易い材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のコンベヤベルト。
- コンベヤベルトから対象物を進路変更させるための方法であって、当該方法が:
前記ベルトの上面を超えて延びる前記ベルトに設けられた複数の上部ローラを用いて、前記コンベヤベルトから対象物を横方向に変位させるステップを具えており、
前記上部ローラが、前記ベルトの中で前記上部ローラの下方に配置された下部ローラによって駆動され、
前記下部ローラが、前記ベルトの下面を超えて延びており、前記ベルトの下方に配置された駆動機構によって駆動され、
前記上部及び下部ローラが、前記コンベヤベルトの長手方向に対して鋭角の角度を成すよう配置された回転軸を有していることを特徴とする方法。
