Description
得られた二軸延伸フィルムには、必要に応じて、コロナ放電処理、メッキ処理、清浄処理、染色処理、金属蒸着処理、各種のコーティング処理等の物理化学的処理を施してもよい。
《測定試料の調整》
0.5cm角に裁断したフィルムを約0.5g精秤し、これを10ミリリットルのヘッドスペース瓶に採り、蒸留水10ミリリットルを添加し、ブチルゴム製栓とアルミキャップとで密封した後、沸騰水浴中(100℃)で2時間抽出をおこなった。次に、冷却後、0.45μmディスクフィルターでろ過して、測定試料とした。
低分子量化合物を定量するための基準物質として、カプロラクタムを用いた。カプロラクタム0.1gを100ミリリットルの蒸留水に溶解し、さらに希釈して100ppmの標準溶液を調製した。そして、各溶液を1〜10マイクロリットル注入し、検量線を得た。
装置 :Hewlett Packard社製、HP1100HPLCsystem
カラム :Waters Puresil 5μ C18 20nm(200オングストローム) 4.6mm×250mm (40℃)
検出器 :UV210nm
溶離液としてのメタノール/水(容積比)=35/75液で12分間溶離を実施し、その後3分間かけてメタノール/水(容積比)=100/0液に切り替えてから30分間溶離を実施し、さらにその後5分間かけてメタノール/水(容積比)=35/75液に切り替えてから20分間溶離を実施した。
注入量 :10マイクロリットル(濃度の低いものは50マイクロリットル)
検出限界:3ppm
《計算方法》
上記条件にて、試料の低分子量化合物の濃度を求め、それによって試料中の低分子量化合物の質量を計算し、それをフィルムの質量で割った値を低分子量化合物の含有量(質量%)とした。
β線透過式厚み計(富士電機社製、TG−220型)を用いて、幅300cmの延伸フィルムの幅方向にそって10cmおきに全幅にわたって厚みを測定し、次式で示した値を厚み斑とした。この厚み斑について、下記の「○」、「△」、「×」の3段階で評価し、厚み斑15%以下すなわち「○」と「△」とを合格とした。
○: 厚み斑が10%以下
△: 厚み斑が10%を超え15%以下
×: 厚み斑が15%を超える
(3)操業性
温水槽を通過する未延伸フィルムの状態を目視で観察し、皺、蛇行等の発生の状況を判定した。皺、蛇行等の発生のない場合を良好として「○」と評価した。皺、蛇行などの発生のある場合は不良として「×」と評価した。
撹拌機を備えた密閉反応容器に、ε−カプロラクタム100質量部と、安息香酸0.12質量部(ε−カプロラクタムに対して10mmol/kg)と、水3質量部とを投入して昇温した。そして、制圧力0.5MPa、温度260℃で重縮合反応をおこなった。次に、反応生成物を容器から払い出した後、チップ状にカッティングし、これを精錬し乾燥して、ナイロン6樹脂チップを得た。このチップの末端カルボキシル基は46mmol/kg、末端アミノ基は36mmol/kg、相対粘度は3.03であった。
ナイロン6樹脂100質量部あたりに、シリカ(サイロイドSY−150:水澤化学工業社製)を6質量部溶融混合して、マスターチップを作成した。
市販品である「MXナイロン 6007(三菱ガス化学社製 キシリレンジアミンと、炭素数6の脂肪族ジカルボン酸であるアジピン酸とを含有したもの)」の樹脂チップを用いた。
ナイロン6樹脂と上記のマスターチップとをブレンドし、シリカの配合割合が0.05質量%となるようにして、ナイロン6樹脂チップを得た。このナイロン6樹脂チップ/ナイロンMXD樹脂チップを80/20の質量比で混合して、コートハンガーTダイを具備した直径65mmの押出機に投入した。そして、温度270℃に加熱したシリンダー内で溶融して押し出し、20℃に冷却された回転ドラムに密着させて急冷することで、厚さ160μmの未延伸フィルムを得た。
熱水処理時間を5分間とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。

熱水処理温度を70℃とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
予備温水処理時間を5分間とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
予備温水処理時間を10分間とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
予備温水処理温度を40℃とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
予備温水処理を69℃で3分間、熱水処理を80℃で1分間とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
ナイロン6樹脂チップ/ナイロンMXD樹脂チップを、90/10の質量比とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
ナイロン6樹脂チップ/ナイロンMXD樹脂チップを60/40の質量比で混合した。予備温水処理を50℃で3分間、熱水処理を70℃で5分間とした。それ以外は実施例1と同様にして二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを得た。得られた二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
五層共押し出しTダイを用いて、押し出し機から、ナイロン6と、ナイロンMXDと、ナイロン6およびナイロンMXDの等量混合物とをそれぞれ溶融押し出しし、ナイロン6/等量混合物/ナイロンMXD/等量混合物/ナイロン6の順に重ね合わせた。この重ね合わせ物を表面温度20℃に温調した冷却ドラム上に密着させて急冷し、厚さ150μmの未延伸多層シートを得た。
実施例1に比べ、熱水処理時間を0.5分間とした。それ以外は、実施例1と同様とした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を表1に示す。
実施例3に比べて、熱水処理時間を長くし、15分間とした。それ以外は、実施例3と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
実施例2に比べ、熱水処理温度を60℃と低くした。それ以外は、実施例2と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を表1に示す。
実施例1に比べ、予備温水処理の時間を20分間とした。それ以外は、実施例1と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を表1に示す。
実施例5に比べ、予備温水処理の温度を30℃とした。それ以外は、実施例5と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を表1に示す。
実施例1に比べ、予備温水処理の温度を80℃とした。それ以外は、実施例1と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を表1に示す。
実施例1に比べて、予備温水処理の工程を省いた。それ以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を、表1に示す。
実施例11に比べ、第二の温水槽における低分子量化合物の除去工程を省いた。第一の温水槽における予備温水処理工程での水温は70℃とした。それ以外は、実施例11と同様にした。得られた二軸延伸フィルムの低分子量化合物の含有量、厚み斑、操業性を評価した結果を表1に示す。
Claims (3)
- 包装または容器として使用される二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムであって、
第1の成分としてのナイロン6と、第2の成分としての、キシリレンジアミンと炭素数4〜12の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とを含有したポリアミドとを含み、
包装または容器として使用される前において、前記二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムにおける低分子量化合物の含有量が0質量%〜0.2質量%であることを特徴とする二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルム。 - 包装または容器として使用される二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの製造方法であって、
ナイロン6を第1の成分とするとともに、キシリレンジアミンと炭素数4〜12の脂肪族ジカルボン酸とを含有したポリアミドを第2の成分としたポリアミド樹脂を用いた二軸延伸フィルムの製造工程における任意の段階で、フィルムを、40℃以上70℃未満の水に1〜10分間接触させ、さらに70℃以上の水に1〜10分間接触させることを特徴とする二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の二軸延伸ポリアミド樹脂フィルムを含むことを特徴とする包装材料。
