a/b/c/d=(0.1〜0.9)/(0.1〜0.9)/(0〜0.8)/(0〜0.3)、
特に、
a/b/c/d=(0.1〜0.9)/(0.1〜0.9)/(0〜0.5)/(0〜0.1)、
好ましくは、
a/b/c/d=(0.1〜0.9)/(0.1〜0.9)/(0〜0.3)/(0〜0.06)、
の比率を有するが、a+b+c+d=1であることを条件とする。好ましくは、和c+dは、0よりも大きい。

Sika France S.A.より市販されるポリマー分散液SIKALATEX(登録商標)は、46重量%のポリマー含量を有するスチレン/ブタジエン分散液である。これ以降、この比較ポリマー分散液は、Ref.Dispと称される。
ポルトランドセメント、砂(0〜3mm)、水、ならびに任意に表1および表2に特定されるポリマー分散液または櫛型ポリマーの重量部に従って、Hobart撹拌機中の集中混合によってモルタル組成物を調製した。全ての組成物が0.40の水/セメント比を有するように追加の水の量を算出する。
Claims (13)
- 水性ポリマー分散液であって、
a)ブタジエンおよびスチレンからなる、少なくとも1つの分散コポリマーCPと、
b)少なくとも1つの式(1):

式中、Aは、C 2 −〜C 4 −アルキレン基であり、R 4 は、C 1 −〜C 20 −アルキル基、−シクロヘキシル基、またはアルキルアリール基であり、
かつq=2〜250であり
R 3 は、独立して−NH 2 、−NR 5 R 6 、または−OR 7 NR 8 R 9 であって、

h)少なくとも1つのリン原子含有化合物PEVをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の水性ポリマー分散液。 - 前記水性ポリマー分散液は、
i)少なくとも1つのポリヒドロキシ化合物またはリン酸塩をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の水性ポリマー分散液。 - 前記水性ポリマー分散液は、
j)少なくとも硫酸カルシウムまたは非晶質水酸化アルミニウムをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の水性ポリマー分散液。 - 前記水性ポリマー分散液は、次の成分:
10重量%〜60重量%の分散コポリマーCPと、
1重量%〜20重量%の櫛型ポリマーKPと、
20重量%〜80重量%の水と、
0重量%〜5重量%の分散剤と、
0重量%〜15重量%の粘度調節剤VRと、
0重量%〜50重量%の焼成またはコロイド状シリカと、
0%重量〜30重量%のリン含有化合物PEVと、
0重量%〜15重量%の硫酸カルシウムまたは非晶質水酸化アルミニウムと、を含むか、またはそれらからなることを特徴とし、
前記重量%値は、前記水性ポリマー分散液の重量に基づく、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の水性ポリマー分散液。 - 少なくとも第1の成分K1および第2の成分K2を含む多成分組成物であって、
前記第1の成分K1は、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の水性ポリマー分散液を含み、
前記第2の成分K2は、水硬性または潜在水硬性結合剤を含む、多成分組成物。 - 前記水硬性または潜在水硬性結合剤は、セメントであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の多成分組成物。
- 請求項9または10に記載の多成分組成物を混合した後に得られた、硬化組成物。
- 請求項11に記載の硬化組成物を含む、土木工学またはビル建築の構造。
- 粘結スラリーまたはモルタルまたはコンクリート用の添加物としての、請求項1〜8の1項に記載の水性ポリマー分散液の使用。
