Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con dispersiones acuosas de polímero, las cuales, en adición al agua y un copolímero disperso de al menos dos monómeros seleccionados del grupo que consiste de etileno, propileno, butileno, isopreno, butadieno, estireno, acrilonitrilo, ácido acrílico, ácido metacrílico, alquilo éster ácido acrílico, alquilo éster ácido metacrílico, éster vinílico, y cloruro vinílico, también comprende un polímero guía que tiene cadenas laterales que están unidas a la cadena principal mediante grupos de éster o éter. Dichas dispersiones acuosas de polímeros son particularmente adecuadas para su uso junto con agentes aglutinantes hidráulicos y latentemente hidráulicos. Las dispersiones acuosas de polímeros son extremadamente eficientes y resultan en un fuerte incremento en los valores mecánicos y reducción relevante en la porosidad y la propiedad de absorción de agua.
