Claims (3)
- 相対的に回転可能な軸部材及び軸受部材の摺動面間に潤滑油が供給される軸部材のすべり軸受構造において、
前記軸受部材の内周面両端部に環状溝を形成し、該環状溝に対応する箇所に前記軸部材及び軸受部材と別体のシール部材を配置し、
前記シール部材は、半割りの2部品で構成されるとともに、その内径の少なくとも一部が、低温時には前記軸受部材の内径よりも小さく、高温時には前記軸受部材の内径と同一又はより大きくなるような熱膨張率を有する材料で形成されていることを特徴とする軸部材のすべり軸受構造。 - 前記半割りのシール部材の両端部には、径方向に延びる突出部が形成され、前記軸受部材にはそれぞれの突出部を収容して固定する切欠き部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸部材のすべり軸受構造。
- 前記突出部には、その径方向の先端部から周方向に延びる延長部が形成され、前記切欠き部にはそれぞれの延長部を収容して固定する凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸部材のすべり軸受構造。
