Claims (3)
- 相対的に回転可能な軸部材及び軸受部材の摺動面間に潤滑油が供給される軸部材のすべり軸受構造において、
前記軸受部材の内周面両端部に環状溝を形成し、該環状溝に対応する箇所に前記軸部材及び軸受部材と別体の環状部材を配置し、
前記環状部材は、その内径が、低温時には前記軸受部材の内径よりも小さく、高温時には前記軸受部材の内径と同一又はより大きくなるような熱膨張率を有する材料で形成されていることを特徴とする軸部材のすべり軸受構造。 - 前記軸部材の外周面には、前記軸受部材のそれぞれの環状溝に相対する箇所に、環状溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸部材のすべり軸受構造。
- 前記軸受部材の環状溝内で前記環状部材の背面に前記潤滑油を供給する油路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の軸部材のすべり軸受構造。
