Claims (3)
- クランク軸に対するカムの回転位相を示す変換角度を調整することで、エンジンのバルブタイミングを変更する可変動弁機構を有し、前記エンジンとモータジェネレータとの少なくとも一方の出力で車両の駆動力を発生させて前記車両を走行させるハイブリッド車両において、
前記可変動弁機構の前記変換角度を検出する変換角度検出手段と、
前記ハイブリッド車両の始動時に前記変換角度が始動時変換角度となっているかどうか判定する角度判定手段と、
前記ハイブリッド車両の始動時に前記変換角度が前記始動時変換角度となっていない場合に、前記変換角度に基づいて前記エンジンへの要求負荷を算出するエンジン負荷算出手段と、
前記要求負荷に応じて前記エンジンを制御するエンジン制御手段と、
前記エンジンから排出される排気ガスを浄化する触媒と、
前記触媒の活性状態を検出する活性状態検出手段と、
前記変換角度が前記始動時変換角度となった後に、前記触媒の活性状態が前記少なくとも前記触媒の一部で前記排気ガスの浄化を開始する第1活性状態となっているかどうか判定する第1活性状態判定手段とを備え、
前記エンジン負荷算出手段は、前記変換角度が前記始動時変換角度となった後に、前記活性状態が前記第1活性状態となっていない場合に、前記エンジンへの要求負荷を前記変換角度が前記始動時変換角度となった場合の前記エンジンへの負荷以上の負荷とすることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 前記エンジン負荷算出手段は、前記始動時変換角度に対する前記変換角度のずれ量が大きいほど前記エンジンへの要求負荷を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記触媒の活性状態が前記触媒の全体で前記排気ガスを浄化する第2活性状態となっているかどうか判定する第2活性状態判定手段を備え、
前記エンジン負荷算出手段は、前記活性状態が前記第1活性状態となり、かつ前記第2活性状態となっていない場合に、前記活性状態に基づいて前記エンジンへの要求負荷を算出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
