Description
また、内燃機関のクランクシャフトに対する吸気カムシャフトの相対的な位相が、最遅角から最遅角よりも進角側の所定の中間位相にあり、かつ、内燃機関の圧縮比が低圧縮比である場合において、トルク比で表される内燃機関の負荷が、内燃機関の回転数に応じた所定値よりも低いときには、点火時期は、内燃機関の負荷が高いほど、より遅角側に決定される。さらに、この場合において、内燃機関の回転数が所定回転数よりも低く、かつ、内燃機関の負荷が所定値以上のときには、点火時期は、内燃機関の負荷が高いほど、より進角側に決定される。

Claims (3)
- 点火時期を制御する内燃機関の点火時期制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、
当該検出された回転数に応じ、前記内燃機関が前記回転数にあるときに出力可能な最大トルクを表す最大トルクパラメータを算出する最大トルクパラメータ算出手段と、
前記内燃機関から出力されている出力トルクを表す出力トルクパラメータを算出する出力トルクパラメータ算出手段と、
前記算出された最大トルクパラメータおよび出力トルクパラメータの一方と他方との比であるトルク比を算出するトルク比算出手段と、
前記内燃機関の回転数および前記算出されたトルク比に応じて、前記点火時期を決定する点火時期決定手段と、を備え、
当該点火時期決定手段は、前記内燃機関のクランクシャフトに対する、吸気弁を駆動するための吸気カムシャフトの相対的な位相が、最遅角から当該最遅角よりも進角側の所定の中間位相にあり、かつ、前記内燃機関の圧縮比が低圧縮比である場合において、前記トルク比で表される前記内燃機関の負荷が、前記内燃機関の回転数に応じた所定値よりも低いときに、当該内燃機関の負荷が高いほど、前記点火時期をより遅角側に決定し、前記内燃機関の回転数が所定回転数よりも低く、かつ、前記内燃機関の負荷が前記所定値以上のときに、前記内燃機関の負荷が高いほど、前記点火時期をより進角側に決定することを特徴とする内燃機関の点火時期制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関には、当該内燃機関の吸気弁の最大リフト、当該吸気弁の開弁タイミング、および閉弁タイミングの少なくとも1つを変更可能な可変動弁機構が設けられており、
前記可変動弁機構の動作状態を表す動作状態パラメータを検出する動作状態パラメータ検出手段をさらに備え、
前記最大トルクパラメータおよび前記出力トルクパラメータの少なくとも一方は、前記検出された動作状態パラメータに応じて算出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関の点火時期制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関には、当該内燃機関の圧縮比を変更可能な可変圧縮比機構が設けられており、
前記圧縮比を表す圧縮比パラメータを検出する圧縮比パラメータ検出手段をさらに備え、
前記最大トルクパラメータおよび前記出力トルクパラメータの少なくとも一方は、前記検出された圧縮比パラメータに応じて算出されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の点火時期制御装置。
