Claims (10)
- 電動二輪車(1)の後輪(WR)を軸支すると共に、車体前方側に形成された貫通孔(19)を貫通する揺動軸(19)によって車体に揺動自在に取り付けられるスイングアーム(30,30a)に、前記後輪(WR)を駆動する電動モータ(M)およびPDU(50)を配置した電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造において、
前記電動モータ(M)に電力を供給するバッテリ(56)および前記電動モータ(M)を制御する前記PDU(50)が収納される収納ケース(300,400)を具備し、
前記収納ケース(300,400)が、前記バッテリ(56)および前記PDU(50)を収納した状態で、前記スイングアーム(30,30a)に対して着脱可能に構成されていることを特徴とする電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。 - 前記スイングアーム(30)は、前記後輪(WR)の車幅方向左右いずれかに配設されるアーム部(39)によって前記後輪(WR)を支持する片持ち式とされており、
直方体形状とされる前記バッテリ(56)が、その長手方向を車幅方向に向けて前記収納ケース(300)に収納されており、
前記収納ケース(300)が、前記後輪(WR)の車体前方かつ前記貫通孔(19a)の車体後方の位置で、前記アーム部(39)を支持するスイングアームハウジング(330)の側面に対して、車幅方向内側から取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。 - 前記PDU(50)の一部を構成すると共に、発熱量が大きな発熱素子(350)が実装される発熱素子基板(50b)が、車体側面視で、前記バッテリ(56)と重ならないように車体前後方向に並んで配設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。
- 前記スイングアーム(30a)は、前記後輪(WR)の車幅方向左右いずれかに配設されるアーム部(39)によって前記後輪(WR)を支持する片持ち式とされており、

- 前記バッテリ(56)は、軟質のラミネートシートで1セル毎にパッキングされたラミネート型のバッテリセル(56a)を複数積層して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。
- 前記収納ケース(300,400)に前記バッテリ(56)を収納した後に、前記収納ケース(300,400)の開口部からポッティング材(362)を流し込むことで、前記バッテリ(56)が前記収納ケース(300,400)に固定されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。
- 前記ポッティング材(362)によるポッティング処理は、前記PDU(50)の一部を構成すると共に、前記バッテリ(56)の一側面に近接配置されるアルミ基板(50c)をも覆うように施され、
前記バッテリ(56)の一端面と前記アルミ基板(50c)との間に、前記ポッティング材(362)より軽量なスポンジラバー(360)が配設されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。 - 前記PDU(50)は、前記バッテリ(56)の一側面に近接配置されるアルミ基板(50c)と、該アルミ基板(50c)に対して所定の間隔を有して配設される制御基板(50a)と、該制御基板(50a)およびアルミ基板(50c)の間に位置すると共に前記バッテリ(56)の一側面に対してオフセットして配設される発熱素子基板(50b)とからなり、
前記発熱素子基板(50b)には、前記制御基板(50a)および前記アルミ基板(50c)に比して発熱量の大きな発熱素子(350,450)が実装されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。 - 前記収納ケース(300,400)は、前記バッテリ(56)が収納されるバッテリ収納部(301,401)と、前記発熱素子(350,450)が収納される発熱素子収納部(302,303)とからなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電動二輪車のバッテリモジュール取付構造。
