Description
捉することを見出した。そして、我々は特定のアルミナを使用するのが都合良く、それらが該複合体を捕捉する優れた能力があることを見出した。
反応は、パラフィンで覆われた時計皿で周囲の雰囲気から保護された600mlのビーカーに実験する溶液を入れて行われた。固体は粉砕しないで実験に供し、マグネチックスターラーによる好ましくない摩耗を避けるため三脚の上のビーカー内に置いた。全ての実験は常圧、室温で行った。有機金属複合体はポリメチルハイドロシロキサン((CH3)3SiO[(CH3)HSiO]nSi(CH3)3)であり、シクロヘキサンに溶解された。
アルミナGとHは、アルミナAを成形後、それぞれ水酸化ナトリウムと硝酸ランタンを乾式含浸させて得られた。450℃で焼成後、GとHはそれぞれNa2Oを2.1重量%ととLa2O3を0.9重量%含んでいる。
Claims (12)
- ガソリン留分中に存在する有機シリコン複合体を、該ガソリン留分と固体を接触させることで気相または液相において捕捉する方法であって、該固体は1000℃で焼成後のアルミナを少なくとも80重量%含んでおり、該アルミナは30ml/100gを超える全細孔体積を持ち、70Å以上の直径の細孔中に見出される細孔体積の部分が10ml/100g超であり、比表面積が10m2/g超である方法。
- アルミナが45ml/100gを超える全細孔体積を持つ請求項1に記載の方法。
- アルミナが70Å以上の直径の細孔中に見出される細孔体積が25ml/100g超である請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- アルミナが20m2/gを超える比表面積を有する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミナが70から200m2/gの範囲の比表面積を有する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミナが70Å以上の直径の細孔中に見出される細孔体積が45ml/100g超である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミナがアルカリ、アルカリ土類および希土類からなるグループから選ばれた1種類または数種類の成分でドープされ、ドープ成分の全量が20重量%未満である請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミナがナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウムおよびランタンからなるグループから選ばれた1種類または数種類でドープされる請求項7に記載の方法。
- ドープ剤がランタンである請求項8に記載の方法。
- アルミナがビーズまたは押出品の形態をなす請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミナが0.5mmから10mmの範囲の大きさのビーズである請求項10に記載の方法。
- アルミナが0.5から5mmの範囲の大きさの押出品である請求項10記載の方法。
