Claims (9)
- 燃料タンクであって、その中に少なくとも1つのバッフル部材の形式で配設されるバッフル装置を有し、前記バッフル部材は、ほぼ中央及び/又は端部で保持される少なくとも1つの壁部と、保持のために配設される少なくとも1つの固定足部と、少なくとも1つの通孔を備えた基礎部とを有し、
前記壁部は燃料の液飛沫動作に起因して前記タンクについて相対的な動作を行うことができ、前記通孔により前記固定足部は前記タンク壁にリベット止め及び/又は融着され,
当該燃料タンクは熱可塑性樹脂材料製とされ、前記バッフル部材の前記壁部は保持された領域で変形が制限されるように、該保持された領域で把持される弾性変形可能な羽部で構成され、
前記バッフル部材は、タンク容量の内側高さの一部だけと内側幅の一部だけにわたって延長されることを特徴とする燃料タンク。 - 請求項1記載の燃料タンクであって、前記通孔は前記タンク壁の材料が通されるものとされ、前記通孔を通った材料はリベットヘッドを構成して前記固定足部を保持することを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1記載の燃料タンクであって、前記通孔はリベットヘッドが一体形成されたリベットピンが通るものとされ、該リベットピンは前記タンク壁に融着されることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1記載の燃料タンクであって、前記通孔はそこに押出された追加の融着材料が通るものとされ、その材料の組成は前記タンク壁の組成に概ね対応することを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の燃料タンクであって、当該燃料タンクの設置位置での前記バッフル部材の前記壁部は移動方向に対して概ね横切る方向に延長されており、移動方向又は反移動方向への燃料の液飛沫動作に起因する変形を許容することを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の燃料タンクであって、前記バッフル部材の前記壁部は前記固定足部にラッチされることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の燃料タンクであって、複数の前記バッフル部材が幾つかの列に配設され、好ましくは互いにずれた位置に配されることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の燃料タンクであって、前記燃料タンクの成形の間及び/又は直後に前記バッフル部材は、1つの作業で前記タンク壁に融着及び/又はリベット止めされることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の燃料タンクであって、前記固定足部と前記バッフル部材の前記壁部は熱可塑性樹脂材料からなり、前記固定足部の材料は前記壁部のそれよりも大きな曲げ硬さを有していることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
