Claims (33)
- 第1と第2の認証構造(2,6)を有するセキュリティ要素において、
前記認証構造は、物品の偽造防止機能を有し、
前記第1認証構造(2)は、
(A) 第1グリッドで配置された複数のレンズ形状の焦点要素からなる第1配列(12)と、
(B) 第2グリッドで配置された複数の微細構造体からなる第2配列(16)と
を有し、
前記第1配列(12)と前記第2配列(16)とは、前記第1と第2のグリッドの空間周波数が異なるよう、重ねて配置され、下にある前記第2配列(16)の微細構造体は、上にある前記第1配列(12)のレンズ形状の焦点要素を通して見た時に、モアレ効果の結果として、拡大して見え、
前記微細構造体は、金属製反射層(15)でコーティングされたエンボス構造の微細構造体を含み、
前記金属製反射層(15)に、文字、パターン、符号のいずれかの形態の開口が形成され、前記第2認証構造を提供し、
前記第2認証構造(6)は、機械または裸眼で認証可能であり、
前記第1配列(12)のレンズ形状の焦点要素の拡大効果は、前記第2認証構造(6)には及ばない
ことを特徴とするセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1と第2のグリッドは、一定の幾何学的関係を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1と第2のグリッドは、異なるラインスクリーン間隔を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1と第2のグリッドは、同じラインスクリーン間隔を有し、
前記第1と第2のグリッドは、相互に回転して配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1と第2のグリッドのラインスクリーン間隔は、3μmと50μmの間である
ことを特徴とする請求項3,4のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第2認証構造(6)は、機械で読み取り可能な層を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記機械で読み取り可能な層は、機械で読み取り可能な物質である反射物質、磁性物質、導電性物質、光を偏光させる物質、光の位相をシフトさせる物質、リン発光物質、蛍光物質、発光物質のいずれかで形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記金属製反射層(15)は、反射性の薄膜フィルム要素で形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記薄膜フィルム要素は、前記金属製反射層と、吸収層と、それらの間に配置される誘電体層とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項8記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1配列のレンズ形状の焦点要素と第2配列のエンボスされた微細構造体は、同一方向を向いた隆起部として形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第2配列のエンボスされた微細構造体は、球状カップ、非球状カップ、コーン、三角形ピラミッド、台形ピラミッド、切頭形状コーン、切頭形状ピラミッドのいずれかの形態であるか、または文字、パターン、コードのいずれかの形態のベース領域を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第2配列のエンボスされた微細構造体は、着色されたエンボス用ラッカーに、エンボスされて形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記着色されたエンボス用ラッカーは、色素を含む放射線硬化ラッカーである
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記エンボスされた微細構造体は、着色されたキャリア基板上に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項12記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第2配列の微細構造体が形成された側のエンボスされた微細構造体は、不透明のコーティング層、金属層、不透明のインク層の内のいずれかを具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1配列のレンズ形状の焦点要素と第2配列のエンボスされた微細構造体の少なくとも一方は、円形又は楕円形のベース領域を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1配列は、異なるサイズの焦点要素と要素間の間隔の組み合わせを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1配列のレンズ形状の焦点要素又は前記第2配列の微細構造体は、基板(14)上に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 誘電体層または接着層(11)が、前記第1配列のレンズ形状の焦点要素と第2配列の微細構造体との間に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記第1配列のレンズ形状の焦点要素には、保護層が更に形成され、
前記保護層の屈折率と前記第1配列の焦点要素の屈折率とは、すくなくとも0.3異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記セキュリティ要素の全厚は、50μm未満である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記セキュリティ要素は、セキュリティ・スレッド、ティア・ストリップ、セキュリティ・バンド、セキュリティ・ストリップ、パッチまたはラベルで証券、有価証券に付加される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 第1と第2の認証構造(2,6)を有するセキュリティ要素の製造方法において、
前記認証構造は、物品の偽造防止機能を有し、
前記第1認証構造(2)は、
(A) 第1グリッドで配置された複数のレンズ形状の焦点要素からなる第1配列(12)と、
(B) 第2グリッドで配置された複数の微細構造体からなる第2配列(16)と
を有し、
前記第1配列(12)と前記第2配列(16)とは、前記第1と第2のグリッドの空間周波数が異なるよう、重ねて配置され、下にある前記第2配列(16)の微細構造体は、上にある前記第1配列(12)のレンズ形状の焦点要素を通して見た時に、モアレ効果の結果として、拡大して見え、
前記微細構造体は、金属製反射層(15)でコーティングされたエンボス構造の微細構造体を含み、
前記金属製反射層(15)に、文字、パターン、符号のいずれかの形態の開口が形成され、前記第2認証構造を提供し、
前記第2認証構造(6)は、機械または裸眼で認証可能であり、
前記第1配列(12)のレンズ形状の焦点要素の拡大効果は、前記第2認証構造(6)には及ばない
ことを特徴とするセキュリティ要素の製造方法。 - 前記エンボスされた微細構造体は、着色エンボス用ラッカーにエンボスされて形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の製造方法。 - 前記着色ラッカーは、
第1ステップで、前記基板に塗布され、
第2ステップで、異なる高さまたは深さの領域が形成されるように、エンボス・ダイでエンボスされる
ことを特徴とする請求項23記載のセキュリティ要素の製造方法。 - 前記エンボスされた微細構造体は、不透明のコーティング層、金属層、不透明のインク層のいずれかを具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の製造方法。 - 誘電体層または接着層(11)が、前記第1配列のレンズ形状の焦点要素と第2配列の微細構造体との間に、形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の製造方法。 - 前記第2装置の構造体の形成された側のエンボスされたマイクロ構造体に、不透明のコーティング層、金属層、不透明のインク層のいずれかを具備する
ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の製造方法。 - 請求項1−22のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ要素を具備した証券または有価証券、物品を形成する
ことを特徴とするセキュリティ・ペーパ。 - 前記第1装置の焦点要素と、第1装置のエンボスされたマイクロ構造体は、円形あるいは楕円形のベース領域を示す
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセキュリティ要素。 - 前記セキュリティ・ペーパは、紙製またはプラスチック製のキャリア材料を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項25記載のセキュリティ・ペーパ。 - 請求項1−22のいずれかに記載のセキュリティ要素を有する
ことを特徴とする物品。 - 前記セキュリティ要素は、物品のウインドウ領域に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項29記載の物品。
