Description

Claims (4)
- 物体を取付け可能な少なくとも1個の台と、
前記台に連結された変形可能な形を有する少なくとも1個の支持構造体と、
前記少なくとも1個の支持構造体を変形させるために操作可能である少なくとも1個の圧電モータとを具備し、
前記台を第1の位置から第2の位置に移動させるために、少なくとも1個の圧電モータが前記支持構造体の形を第1の形から第2の形に変形し、前記第2の形の変形を維持し、
前記支持構造体が変形アームを有する平面的なフレームを具え、この変形アームはその各々の端部近くに、前記フレームの面に対して平行な面に沿って比較的細い部分を具え、それにより前記支持構造体が比較的簡単にその面内で高さの異なる平行四辺形に変形可能であり、前記支持構造体に取り付けられた要素が前記台の面に垂直に所望の距離を移動可能となることを特徴とする物体を位置決めするための搬送システム。 - 前記支持構造体が平行四辺形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記圧電モータが前記支持構造体の形を変えるために、前記平行四辺形の高さを変更することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の搬送システム。
- 前記システムが前記少なくとも1個の圧電モータを除いて、1つの一体部品として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の搬送システム。
