Description
Claims (11)
- 輸送経路に沿ってパネルを輸送する輸送装置と、前記輸送装置による移動の間に前記パネルを処理するための処理装置(12)と、を含むパネル製造及び/又は処理のための装置(10)であって、
前記輸送装置は、輸送経路に基本的に平行な輸送ストランド面(38、40)をそれぞれ有し、前記輸送ストランド面(38、40)の二つの端部において偏向装置(24、26、28、30)により偏向される、一つの上方エンドレスベルト(36)及び一つの下方エンドレスベルト(42)をそれぞれ有する二つのダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)を含み、
前記上方エンドレスベルト(36)はその上面で輸送されるパネルに接触し、前記下方エンドレスベルト(42)はその下面で輸送されるパネルに接触し、
前記エンドレスベルト(36、42)の少なくとも一つは前記偏向装置(24、26、28、30)の間に配置される複数のガイドローラー(48)により、輸送ストランド面上でガイドされ、少なくとも二つのガイドローラー(48)は少なくとも一つのローラーカセット(50)内に支持され、
複数の前記ローラーカセット(50)を含む複数のガイドローラー群(46)が輸送方向(T)に沿って分配され配置される、装置。 - 前記二つのダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)の少なくとも一つにおいて、前記ガイドローラーの少なくとも一つは前記ダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)に取り付けられたローラーカセット(50)内に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記ガイドローラー(48)は円周溝(52)を有し、前記エンドレスベルト(36、42)に適合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記二つのダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)の少なくとも一つはフレーム(32、34)にとりつけられるか又は一体化されるローラー調節装置を有し、前記ガイドローラー(48)の少なくとも一つのローラー軸(56)の位置及び/又は方向は前記フレーム(32、34)に対して調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記ローラー調節装置は複数のガイドローラー(48)の前記ローラー軸(56)を同時に調節するよう設置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記ローラー調節装置は少なくとも一つのローラーカセット(50)の位置及び/又は方向を調節するよう設定されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の装置(10)。
- 前記エンドレスベルト(36、42)の幅は、輸送経路と直角かつパネル面(P)と平行な方向において測定されて、3cm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記二つのダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)の間の間隔(d)は調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記二つのダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)の上方エンドレスベルト(38)の二つの輸送ストランド面(38)の間の間隔(d)及び/又は前記二つのダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)の下方エンドレスベルト(36)の二つの輸送ストランド面(38)の間の間隔(d)は、5mm未満の値に調節可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記ダブルベルトコンベア手段(14、16)の少なくとも一つの前記フレーム(32、34)は前記装置(10)のキャリア(22)に接続され、スロット結合の少なくとも一つのスロット(49)は前記輸送経路に平行に延長することを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれかに記載の装置(10)。
- 前記処理装置(12)は、パネルの横側面をミリングするために少なくとも一つのミリング装置(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置(10)。
