Description
Stir Welding:FSW)が行われ、摩擦撹拌溶接を通じて、溶接性が低下する異種金属間にも十分な溶接強度が得られる。一実施形態において、摩擦撹拌溶接は、溶接ツールを高速で回転させつつ、ターミナルプレート41,42上に載置されたバスバー40内に溶接ツールを挿入させれば、溶接ツールの摩擦熱により周辺母材が軟化しつつ、溶接ツールの撹拌作用による塑性流動によって、境界面を基準としてターミナルプレート41,42及びバスバー40の両側の母材が強制的に混入されつつ、摩擦撹拌溶接が行われる。

Claims (1)
- それぞれ電極組立体と、電極組立体に電気的に連結された電極端子とを備える複数の電池ユニットと、
前記複数の電池ユニットのうち、第1電池ユニットの電極端子と第2電池ユニットの電極端子とを連結させるバスバーと、
前記第1及び第2電池ユニットの電極端子に対して、前記バスバーの位置を維持させるように構成された位置整列部と、
を備え、
前記第1電池ユニットは、前記第1電池ユニットの電極端子と連結された第1ターミナルプレートを備え、
前記第2電池ユニットは、前記第2電池ユニットの電極端子と連結された第2ターミナルプレートを備え、
前記バスバーは、前記第1及び第2ターミナルプレートに溶接され、
前記位置整列部は、前記第1及び第2ターミナルプレートのうち少なくとも一つのターミナルプレートの表面から第1方向に突出し、前記少なくとも一つのターミナルプレートの少なくとも一側に沿って、第2方向に延びる少なくとも一つのガイド部を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記少なくとも一つのガイド部に隣接した前記少なくとも一つのターミナルプレートの表面と重なる少なくとも一部を含み、
前記少なくとも一つのガイド部は、前記バスバーの少なくとも一部を覆う少なくとも一つの折曲部を備え、
前記バスバーの形状は、前記第1ターミナルプレート側と前記第2ターミナルプレート側とで対称であり、
前記ガイド部は、
第1方向に前記第1ターミナルプレートの表面から突出し、前記第1ターミナルプレートの第1側に沿って第2方向に延びる第1ガイド部と、
前記第1方向に前記第1ターミナルプレートの表面から突出し、前記第1側と逆になる第1ターミナルプレートの第2側に沿って第2方向に延びる第2ガイド部と、を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記第1及び第2ガイド部の間で、前記第1ターミナルプレートの表面と重なる第1部分を含む、電池モジュール。
