Description
前記外装缶内に収納され、正極及び負極を含む電極群と、
前記外装缶の開口部に取り付けられ、第1の貫通孔及び第2の貫通孔を有する蓋と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する正極外部端子と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第2の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する負極外部端子と、
前記蓋と前記正極外部端子との間に配置される第1の絶縁部材と、
前記蓋と前記負極外部端子との間に配置される第2の絶縁部材と
を具備し、
前記第1の絶縁部材及び前記第2の絶縁部材は、バスバー固定部を有することを特徴とする。
前記電池の前記正極外部端子または前記負極外部端子の前記頭部に溶接され、かつ前記第1の絶縁部材または前記第2の絶縁部材の前記バスバー固定部に固定されるバスバーと
を備えることを特徴とする。
前記外装缶内に収納され、正極及び負極を含む電極群と、
前記外装缶の開口部に取り付けられ、第1の貫通孔及び第2の貫通孔を有する蓋と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する正極外部端子と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第2の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する負極外部端子と、
前記蓋と前記正極外部端子との間に配置され、前記正極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部と、前記側壁部の上端面に位置するバスバー固定部としての第1の突起部とを有する第1の絶縁部材と、
前記蓋と前記負極外部端子との間に配置され、前記負極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部と、前記側壁部の上端面に位置するバスバー固定部としての第2の突起部とを有する第2の絶縁部材とを具備することを特徴とする。
さらに、実施形態に係る電池は、外装缶と、
前記外装缶内に収納され、正極及び負極を含む電極群と、
前記外装缶の開口部に取り付けられ、第1の貫通孔及び第2の貫通孔を有する蓋と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する正極外部端子と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第2の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する負極外部端子と、
前記蓋と前記正極外部端子との間に配置される第1の絶縁部材と、
前記蓋と前記負極外部端子との間に配置される第2の絶縁部材とを具備し、
前記第1の絶縁部材及び前記第2の絶縁部材は、バスバー固定部を有し、
前記第1の絶縁部材は、前記正極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部及び前記側壁部の上端面に位置する第1の突起部を有する第1の外部絶縁体と、前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔内に挿入される筒部を有する第1の絶縁ガスケットとを有し、
前記第2の絶縁部材は、前記負極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部及び前記側壁部の上端面に位置する第2の突起部を有する第2の外部絶縁体と、前記蓋の第2の貫通孔内に挿入される筒部を有する第2の絶縁ガスケットとを有し、
前記バスバー固定部が前記第1の突起部及び前記第2の突起部からなることを特徴とする。
前記電池の前記正極外部端子または前記負極外部端子の前記頭部に溶接され、かつ前記第1の突起部または前記第2の突起部が嵌合される穴部を有するバスバーと
を備えることを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- 外装缶と、
前記外装缶内に収納され、正極及び負極を含む電極群と、
前記外装缶の開口部に取り付けられ、第1の貫通孔及び第2の貫通孔を有する蓋と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する正極外部端子と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第2の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する負極外部端子と、
前記蓋と前記正極外部端子との間に配置される第1の絶縁部材と、
前記蓋と前記負極外部端子との間に配置される第2の絶縁部材とを具備し、
前記第1の絶縁部材及び前記第2の絶縁部材は、バスバー固定部を有し、
前記第1の絶縁部材は前記正極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部と、前記側壁部の上端面に位置する第1の突起部とを有し、前記第2の絶縁部材は前記負極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部と、前記側壁部の上端面に位置する第2の突起部とを有し、前記バスバー固定部が前記第1の突起部及び前記第2の突起部からなることを特徴とする電池。 - 外装缶と、
前記外装缶内に収納され、正極及び負極を含む電極群と、
前記外装缶の開口部に取り付けられ、第1の貫通孔及び第2の貫通孔を有する蓋と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する正極外部端子と、
頭部と、前記頭部から延出し、かつ前記蓋の前記第2の貫通孔にかしめ固定される軸部とを有する負極外部端子と、
前記蓋と前記正極外部端子との間に配置される第1の絶縁部材と、
前記蓋と前記負極外部端子との間に配置される第2の絶縁部材とを具備し、
前記第1の絶縁部材及び前記第2の絶縁部材は、バスバー固定部を有し、
前記第1の絶縁部材は、前記正極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部及び前記側壁部の上端面に位置する第1の突起部を有する第1の外部絶縁体と、前記蓋の前記第1の貫通孔内に挿入される筒部を有する第1の絶縁ガスケットとを有し、
前記第2の絶縁部材は、前記負極外部端子の前記頭部の周囲を囲む側壁部及び前記側壁部の上端面に位置する第2の突起部を有する第2の外部絶縁体と、前記蓋の第2の貫通孔内に挿入される筒部を有する第2の絶縁ガスケットとを有し、
前記バスバー固定部が前記第1の突起部及び前記第2の突起部からなることを特徴とする電池。 - 前記第1の外部絶縁体の色が、前記第2の外部絶縁体の色と異なることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の外部絶縁体または前記第2の外部絶縁体が極性表示を有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の突起部及び前記第2の突起部は、柱状形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の突起部及び前記第2の突起部は、外側に突出したフックを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の電池を複数個と、
前記電池の前記正極外部端子または前記負極外部端子の前記頭部に溶接され、かつ前記第1の絶縁部材または前記第2の絶縁部材の前記バスバー固定部に固定されるバスバーとを備えることを特徴とする組電池。 - 請求項7記載の組電池の製造方法であって、前記電池の前記第1の絶縁部材または前記第2の絶縁部材の前記バスバー固定部に前記バスバーが固定された状態で、前記バスバーを前記正極外部端子または前記負極外部端子の前記頭部に溶接することを特徴とする。
