Abstract
【解決手段】 蓄電モジュールMは積層された複数の蓄電セル11を備え、隣接する一対の蓄電セル11のうちの一方の蓄電セル11のプラス端子22と他方の蓄電セル11のマイナス端子11fとをバスバー20で電気的に接続する。プラス端子22およびマイナス端子11fは異種の金属で構成され、マイナス端子11fとバスバー20とを同種の金属で構成して溶接により接続するとともに、プラス端子22とバスバー20とをねじ結合により接続するので、同種の金属よりなるマイナス端子11fとバスバー20とを溶接により強固に接続しながら、異種の金属よりなるプラス端子22とバスバー20とをねじ結合により強固に接続することで、ねじ結合の数を最小限に抑えながら信頼性を確保することができる。

Claims (9)
- 積層された複数の蓄電セル(11)を備え、隣接する一対の蓄電セル(11)のうちの一方の蓄電セル(11)のプラス端子(22)と他方の蓄電セル(11)のマイナス端子(11f)とをバスバー(20)で電気的に接続した蓄電モジュールであって、
前記プラス端子(22)および前記マイナス端子(11f)は異種の金属で構成され、前記プラス端子(22)および前記マイナス端子(11f)のうちの一方の端子(11f)と前記バスバー(20)とを同種の金属で構成して溶接により接続するとともに、他方の端子(22)と前記バスバー(20)とをねじ結合により接続することを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 前記他方の端子(22)は前記蓄電セル(11)の表面から突出する主端子(11e)と、前記主端子(11e)に一端を溶接された金属製の補助端子(21)とからなり、前記補助端子(21)の他端に設けたボルト(23)に前記バスバー(20)をナット(24)で締結することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記ボルト(23)および前記ナット(24)で電圧検出用端子(25)を共締めすることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記プラス端子(22)の前記主端子(11e)および前記補助端子(21)がアルミニウム合金製であり、前記マイナス端子(11f)および前記バスバー(20)が銅合金製であることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記バスバー(20)の中間部に細幅部(20c)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記バスバー(20)の中間部に上下方向に高さが変化する段差部(20d)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記バスバー(20)は上下方向に見たときに中間部においてL字状に屈曲することを特徴とする、請求項5または請求項6に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記一方の端子(11f)は円柱形状であり、前記バスバー(20)に形成した円形の溶接孔(20a)が前記円柱形状の端子(11f)に嵌合して溶接され、前記ねじ結合の方向は前記円柱形状の軸方向と一致することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 蓄電セル本体に異種の金属で構成されたプラス端子(22)およびマイナス端子(11f)を備える蓄電セルであって、
前記プラス端子(22)および前記マイナス端子(11f)の一方は、前記蓄電セル本体の表面から突出する主端子(11e)と、前記主端子(11e)に一端を溶接されて他端にボルト(23)を有する補助端子(21)とからなることを特徴とする蓄電セル。
