Description
コロナ放電装置の放電電極とロール状接地電極(60℃)の近傍に酢酸ビニルまたはグリシジルメタクリレートを0.3容量%含む窒素ガスを流しながら、厚さ100μmのETFEフィルム(F/C=1.1。ダイキン工業(株)のネオフロンETFEフィルムEF−0100)をロール状接地電極に添わせながら連続的に通過させ、表1に示す荷電密度でETFEフィルムの片面をコロナ放電処理した。
実施例1において、酢酸ビニルの濃度およびコロナ放電の荷電密度を適宜変更し、種々のF/CおよびO/Cの値の低温ヒートシール性表層部分をもつETFEフィルムを作製し、ヒートシール強度を実施例1と同様にして測定した。
厚さ50μmのETFEフィルム(F/C=1.1。ダイキン工業(株)のネオフロンETFEフィルムEF−0050)を用いたほかは実施例1と同様にして表2に示すF/CおよびO/Cの低温ヒートシール性表層部分を有するETFEフィルムを作製した。これらのETFEフィルム同士を実施例1と同様にしてヒートシールしたときのヒートシール強度は表2に示すものであった。
Claims (8)
- 表層の少なくとも一部に低温ヒートシール性の表層部分を有する非パーフルオロ系フッ素樹脂成形体であって、不活性ガスに反応性有機化合物を混合した雰囲気下で、炭素原子数に対するフッ素原子数の比F/Cが0.8≦F/C≦1.8である非パーフルオロ系フッ素樹脂の表層を放電処理して得られ、該低温ヒートシール性表層部分の炭素原子数に対するフッ素原子数の比F/Cが0.2≦F/C≦0.9でありかつ炭素原子数に対する酸素原子数の比O/Cが0.09≦O/C≦0.40であり、表層の残余の部分の炭素原子数に対するフッ素原子数の比F/Cが低温ヒートシール性表層部分よりも大きくかつ0.8≦F/C≦1.8であり、フィルムであることを特徴とする非パーフルオロ系フッ素樹脂成形体。
- 前記低温ヒートシール性表層部分の炭素原子数に対するフッ素原子数の比F/Cが0.3≦F/C≦0.8でありかつ炭素原子数に対する酸素原子数の比O/Cが0.14≦O/C≦0.30である請求項1記載のフッ素樹脂成形体。
- 前記低温ヒートシール性表層部分の炭素原子数に対するフッ素原子数の比F/Cが0.4≦F/C≦0.8でありかつ炭素原子数に対する酸素原子数の比O/Cが0.14≦O/C≦0.25である請求項1記載のフッ素樹脂成形体。
- 低温ヒートシール性が非パーフルオロ系フッ素樹脂成形体の融点以下の温度で発現する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフッ素樹脂成形体。
- 前記非パーフルオロ系フッ素樹脂がエチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体またはポリビニリデンフルオライドである請求項4記載のフッ素樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載のフッ素樹脂成形体からなり、該フッ素樹脂成形体の一方の表面に低温ヒートシール性の表層部分が形成されてなる太陽電池用カバーフィルム。
- 該カバーフィルムの低温ヒートシール性の表層部分のヒートシール強度が360gf/cm以上である請求項6記載の太陽電池用カバーフィルム。
- エチレン−酢酸ビニル系フィルムまたはシートに請求項6または7記載のカバーフィルムを非パーフルオロ系フッ素樹脂の融点未満の温度で直接ヒートシールして得られる太陽電池用カバーラミネート体。
