Claims (28)

前記ラップトップモードでは、前記ディスプレイコンポーネントは、操作者に向かって向けられており、前記キーボードは、操作者からの入力を受けるように向けられており、
前記イーゼルモードでは、前記ディスプレイコンポーネントは、操作者に面して向けられており、前記キーボードは、操作者から離れるように向けられており、

前記ディスプレイスクリーン上に表示される前記コンテンツの向きは、前記長手方向軸に対する複数の向きの中から構成可能である、請求項1に記載の携帯型コンピュータ。 - 前記複数の向きは、前記長手方向軸に対する第1の向きおよび前記長手方向軸に対する第2の向きを含み、

前記単一の長手方向軸には、前記携帯型コンピュータは、前記ベース部内に少なくとも部分的に配設され、かつ、前記単一の長手方向軸を中心に回転可能であるスクロールホイールが設けられ、
前記方法はさらに、
ユーザによる前記スクロールホイールの操作に応答して、前記携帯型コンピュータの動作パラメータおよび前記ディスプレイスクリーン上に表示される前記コンテンツの少なくとも一方の制御を可能にすることを含む、方法。 - 前記複数のディスプレイモードは、フレームモードを含み、前記携帯型コンピュータを複数のディスプレイモード間で移行させるために前記単一のディスプレイコンポーネントの前記物理的構成を操作することは、
前記単一のディスプレイコンポーネントを操作者に向かって向けることと、
前記ベース部を表面に位置決めすることと、
前記携帯型コンピュータを前記フレームモードになるように構成するために、前記キーボードを前記表面に向かって向けることとを含み、前記ディスプレイコンポーネントは、前記ベース部に対して、前記長手方向軸を中心に測定された約180°を超える角度で配設されている、請求項25に記載の方法。 - 前記コンテンツ向きを構成することは、前記フレームモードのために、前記視覚表示を前記第1のコンテンツ向きで表示することを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型コンピュータが前記フレームモードになるように構成されているときキーボード操作を無効にすることをさらに備える、請求項27に記載の方法。
