Description
(a)反応器に反応溶媒、単分散重合体粒子又は単分散共重合体粒子及びキレート配位子を投入し、反応温度を50乃至80℃に調節する段階;
(b)アニオン重合開始剤を投入して反応させる段階;
(c)共役ジエン系単量体を投入し、アニオン重合してブラシをグラフトさせる段階;及び
(d)重合終結剤を投入して反応を停止させる段階;とを含む。

Claims (15)
- (a)反応器に反応溶媒、単分散重合体粒子及びキレート配位子を投入し、反応温度を50乃至80℃に調節する段階;
(b)アニオン重合開始剤を投入して反応させる段階;
(c)共役ジエン系単量体を投入し、アニオン重合してブラシをグラフトさせる段階;及び
(d)重合終結剤を投入して反応を停止させる段階;
とを含むことを特徴とする高分子微粒子の製造方法。 - 前記段階(b)及び(c)の間に、反応器内に残留する未反応のアニオン重合開始剤を除去する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記単分散重合体は平均粒径が1乃至15μmであり、粒度分布度が1.5未満の重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記単分散重合体はスチレン系単量体50乃至100重量%と共単量体0乃至50重量%の重合によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記共単量体はジビニルベンゼンであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記共役ジエン系単量体は1,3−ブタジエン、2,3−ジメチル−1,3−ブタジエン、ピペリレン、3−ブチル−1,3−オクタジエン、イソプレン及び2−フェニル−1,3−ブタジエンからなる群から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ブラシの重量平均分子量は5,000乃至100,000であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ブラシのグラフト効率は40%以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ブラシのグラフト効率は60%以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ブラシのグラフト密度は0.5×106乃至6.5×106チェーン数/μm2であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記キレート配位子はテトラメチルエチレンジアミン、テトラヒドロフラン、ジグリム、ジオキサン及びテトラメチルエチレンジホスフィンからなる群から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アニオン重合開始剤はn−ブチルリチウム、s−ブチルリチウム、t−ブチルリチウムからなる群から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記重合終結剤は二酸化炭素、水、アルコール及び水素イオンを含有した試薬からなる群から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アニオン重合開始剤は前記単分散重合体の重量に対して0.1乃至5重量%の範囲で使用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記アニオン重合開始剤に対する前記キレート配位子のモル比は0.05乃至1の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の高分子微粒子の製造方法。
