Description
本発明の組成物を、カバノキのチップからベツリンを抽出するその能力に関し、以下の手法により評価した。カバノキ樹皮(0.2g)と混合したカバノキのチップ(19.8g)を、合成により作製した白液(水酸化ナトリウム及び硫化ナトリウムの水溶液、75g)及び任意選択で本発明の組成物と混合し、Model 4750 Parrボンブで180℃で5時間、硫化度25%及び活性アルカリ負荷20%で蒸解した。その後、Parrボンブの内容物を100℃に冷却し、次いで熱いうちに、中程度のメッシュペイントフィルタ(孔径約120ミクロン)に通して濾過した。
Claims (13)
- クラフトパルプからの樹脂を低減させる方法であって、
木材チップ、クラフトパルプ化液、及び少なくとも1種のトリグリセリド油またはトリグリセリド油アルキルエステルと、下記カテゴリーa)またはカテゴリーb)の1種もしくは複数の化合物、またはこれらの混合物とを組み合わせるステップであって、
a)ポリ(アルキレングリコール)をベースにした界面活性剤、
b)ロジン、ロジン石鹸、トール油、トール油石鹸、またはこれらの誘導体
であるステップと、
得られた混合物をクラフトパルプ化プロセスで蒸解するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記トリグリセリド油またはトリグリセリド油アルキルエステルが、大豆油、大豆油の脂肪酸誘導体、またはこれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トリグリセリド油が大豆油である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トリグリセリド油アルキルエステルが大豆油アルキルエステルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(アルキレングリコール)をベースにした界面活性剤が、ポリ(エチレングリコール)アルキルエステル、ポリ(エチレングリコール)アルキルエーテル、エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシドホモ及びコポリマー、またはポリ(エチレンオキシド-co-プロピレンオキシド)アルキルエステルもしくはエーテルを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(エチレングリコール)アルキルエステルが、ポリ(エチレングリコール)ジタレートまたはポリ(エチレングリコール)ジオレエートである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ(エチレングリコール)アルキルエステルが、少なくとも9個のエチレングリコール単位を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記木材チップが、カバノキ、ユーカリ、熱帯広葉樹、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記木材チップが、カバノキの木材チップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- クラフトパルプからの樹脂を低減させる方法であって、
木材チップ、クラフトパルプ化液、及び少なくとも1種のトリグリセリド油またはトリグリセリド油アルキルエステルと、少なくとも1種のポリ(アルキレングリコール)をベースにした界面活性剤とを組み合わせるステップと、
得られた混合物をクラフトパルプ化プロセスで蒸解するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記トリグリセリド油が大豆油である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- クラフトパルプからの樹脂を低減させる方法であって、
木材チップ、クラフトパルプ化液、及び少なくとも1種のトリグリセリド油またはトリグリセリド油アルキルエステルと、ロジン、ロジン石鹸、トール油、トール油石鹸、またはこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される1種または複数の化合物とを組み合わせるステップと、
得られた混合物をクラフトパルプ化プロセスで蒸解するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記トリグリセリド油が大豆油である、請求項12に記載の方法。
