背景技术
人们通常都是将同种原料制浆,其工艺步骤分备料工艺(1):将原料经过皮带喂料,通过削片机处理,切成4-6厘米的长度,然后旋风除尘器除去其中的灰尘等杂质,再由筛选设备将切片处理过的原料进行筛选出比较均一符合使用要求的原料,通过皮带运送到料仓,再由料仓直接装入蒸煮锅;蒸煮工艺(2)根据不同的原料配制好蒸煮药液,碱比13-21%,以Na2O计,硫化度5-15%,蒸煮助剂0-0.05%,液比1∶4.5-5.2,药液温度80-95℃,在装锅的同时逐步加入蒸煮液,同时适量通入蒸汽,装锅结束后,开始升温,升温总时间60-120分钟,最高温度145-175℃,保温时间0-30分钟,蒸煮结束后全压喷放进入喷放锅;筛选工艺(3):对喷放后的粗浆进行三段逆流洗涤,洗涤残碱含量为0.5-0.8克/升,喷淋水温度设置40-60℃,最后进行浓缩,浆料浓度控制18-22℃;漂白工艺(4):对经洗筛工艺(3)的浓缩浆料再进行稀释洗涤,洗涤后的浆料进入氯化塔进行脱除木素反应,纸浆浓度控制在3-4%,氯化时PH值控制在2左右,氯化温度在室温下进行,通氯量4.5-7.5%,反应时间在40-60分钟,氯化后的浆经洗涤进入碱处理塔,同时加入适量的H2O2,其碱处理的PH值控制在11左右,纸浆浓度为8-12%,反应温度控制在40-70℃,用碱量2-4%,反应时间30-60分钟,补充漂白的浆浓4-6%,温度38-42℃,PH值9以上,反应时间为6-8小时,通氯量为浆量的3-4%,漂洗后氯根控制在0.8克/升以内;抄浆工艺(5):经漂白工艺后的浆料进行上网抄造,先经过流箱均匀布浆,然后进入网部脱水成型,其中水位应达到0.15-0.5米,浓度1.5-3.0%,进入压榨部进一步脱水,最后进入烘缸干燥,温度设置在50-110℃,使成浆板干度大于78%,再对成浆板进行分切、理浆、包装。
本发明的目的是在现有技术的基础上,对洗筛工艺(3)和漂白工艺(4)进行改进,从而提出一种可生产各种不同原料配比的混合浆种,尤其是苇木混合浆的生产工艺,提供了一个新的用浆领域。
发明内容

本发明的优点:1、开发利用杨木边脚料这一废弃物,提高了杨木的利用率,符合绿色环保的要求,能走持续发展的道路。
2、实现了芦苇浆与杨木浆的优势互补,浆料洗涤性能、可漂性能得到提高,降低了耗水量;同时蒸煮黑液性能改善,有利于碱回收率的提高和碱回收的生产运行。在进行了适当改造的原有制浆系统上实现了批量生产,具有较好的经济效益和广泛的社会效益。
3、该产品作为生产文化用纸、餐盒加工等方面,较原芒苇浆在白度、强度、尘埃度等关键指标均得到较大幅度的提高,是一种很有发展前景的浆种。
具体实施方式
实施例:1、将700克芦苇和300克杨木切断、削片备料,分别放蒸煮锅内,然后分别加碱99.75克和55.3克(Na2O)、硫化碱5.25克和2.7克、蒸煮助剂0.35克和0.15克、加水3500克和1350克、升温时间分别是90分钟和120分钟、最高温度控制在160℃和170℃,放锅后混合用40℃热水洗涤、筛浆,将良浆浓缩保持干度20%,再将浆料稀释成5%,放在氯化反应塔,控制时间在40分钟内,通氯35克,洗涤后浆浓控制在10%进入碱处理塔,加入碱15g和双氧水2.5g,温度控制在60℃,时间30分钟,反应完成后洗涤并调浆浓5%,加入相当15g有效氯的漂液,反应温度控制在40℃,时间6小时,反应结束后洗涤、除渣、浓缩,进入抄浆,上网浓度1.5%,水位0.2米,设定烘缸温度在90℃进行干燥,该浆产品白度大于78%ISO,可以广泛用作生产文化印刷纸、书写纸的原料。
2、将500克芦苇和500克杨木切断,削片备料,分别加碱71.25克和85.5克(Na2O)、硫化碱3.75克和4.5克,蒸煮助剂各0.25克,加水2500克和2250克,其余生产工艺步骤均与上述实施例1相同。该产品白度大于80%ISO,可以用作纤维粉、餐盒制造原料。

1.漂白硫酸盐苇木混合浆的生产工艺,其工艺步骤分备料工艺(1),蒸煮工艺(2),筛选工艺(3),漂白工艺(4),抄浆工艺(5),其中备料工艺(1):将原料经过皮带喂料,通过削片机处理,切成4-6厘米的长度,然后旋风除尘器除去其中的灰尘等杂质,再由筛选设备将切片处理过的原料进行筛选出比较均一符合使用要求的原料,通过皮带运送到料仓,再由料仓直接装入蒸煮锅;蒸煮工艺(2):根据不同的原料配制好蒸煮药液,碱比13-21%,以Na2O计,硫化度5-15%,蒸煮助剂0-0.05%,液比1∶4.5-5.2,药液温度80-95℃,在装锅的同时逐步加入蒸煮液,同时适量通入蒸汽,装锅结束后,开始升温,升温总时间60-120分钟,最高温度145-175℃,保温时间0-30分钟,蒸煮结束后全压喷放进入喷放锅;抄浆工艺(5):经漂白工艺后的浆料进行上网抄造,先经过流箱均匀布浆,然后进入网部脱水成型,其中水位应达到0.15-0.5米,浓度1.5-3.0%,进入压榨部进一步脱水,最后进入烘缸干燥,温度设置在50-110℃,使成浆板干度大于78%,再对成浆板进行分切、理浆、包装;其特征是筛选工艺(3):将苇浆(或者其它的草类浆)和杨木浆按一定比例混合后,其中苇浆60-70%,杨木浆30-40%,进行三段逆流喷淋洗涤,水温设置40-60℃,洗涤残碱含量在0.25-0.5克/升,除节之后再经过浓缩,浆浓控制在18-22%;漂白工艺(4):以经洗筛工艺(3)的浓缩浆料再进行稀释洗涤,洗涤后的浆料进入氯化塔进行脱除木素反应,纸浆浓度控制在3-5%,氯化时PH值控制在2左右,氯化温度在室温下进行,通氯量4.5-7.5%,反应时间在40-60分钟,氯化后的浆经洗涤进入碱处理塔,同时加入适量的H2O2,其碱处理的PH值控制在11左右,纸浆浓度为8-12%,反应温度控制在40-60℃,用碱量2-4%,反应时间30-60分钟,H2O2量0.5%,最后是补充漂白,其纸浆浓度采用5%左右,整个过程的PH值在9以上,漂白温度35-42℃,反应时间6-8小时,通氯量为浆量的1.5-3.0%,漂白浆料进行洗涤,其氯根要求在0.5克/升以内,接着对漂后浆进行三段除渣,除去其中的轻质和重质,最后通过多园盘过滤机进行浓缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述,漂白硫酸盐苇木混合浆的生产工艺,其特征是洗筛工艺(3),对蒸煮工艺结束后,浆料喷放进入喷放锅是按比例喷放的,喷放浆料浓度为8-10%,苇木浆比例(70-60)∶(30-40),经过三段洗涤,除节、浓缩、其中洗涤水温设置在40-60℃,浆中残液中碱含量控制在0.25-0.5克/升,浓缩干度在18-22%;漂白工艺(4):以经洗筛工艺(3)的浓缩浆料再进行稀释洗涤,洗涤后的浆料进入氯化塔进行脱除木素反应,纸浆浓度控制在3-5%,氯化时PH值控制在2左右,氯化温度在室温下进行,通氯量4.5-7.5%,反应时间在40-60分钟,氯化后的浆经洗涤进入碱处理塔,同时加入适量的H2O2,其碱处理的PH值控制在11左右,纸浆浓度为8-12%,反应温度控制在40-60℃,用碱量2-4%,反应时间30-60分钟,H2O2量0.5%,补充漂白,其纸浆浓度采用5%左右,整个过程的PH值在9以上,漂白温度35-42℃,反应时间6-8小时,通氯量为浆量的1.5-3.0%,漂白浆料进行洗涤,其氯根要求在0.5克/升以内,接着对漂后浆进行三段除渣,除去其中的轻质和重质,最后通过多园盘过滤机进行浓缩。
