Description
Claims (12)
- 黒液からのトール油セッケンの収量を増加させる方法であって、当該方法が、式RO[(CH2CHCH3O)x(CH2CH2O)y]Mのアルキルアルコールアルコキシレート及びその組合せからなる群から選択される分離助剤を、前記黒液に添加するステップを含み、Rが約8乃至約22の炭素原子の直鎖型又は分岐鎖型アルキルであり、xが1乃至約20であり、yが約20乃至約80であり、MがH又はアルカリ金属であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、MがHであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、MがKであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、Rが約16の炭素原子の直鎖型又は分岐鎖型アルキルであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記アルキルアルコールアルコキシレートがブロックポリマであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記黒液中の前記分離助剤の濃度が約0.25ppm乃至約250ppmの範囲であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記黒液中の前記分離助剤の濃度が約1.5ppm乃至約35ppmの範囲であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記分離助剤が水溶液の成分として前記黒液に添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法が、前記黒液から前記トール油セッケンを分離するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記分離ステップがセッケンろ過装置によってなされることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法が、前記トール油セッケンをトール油脂肪酸に精製するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記精製ステップが酸性化、分別、蒸留及びその組合せからなる群から選択されるプロセスによって行われることを特徴とする方法。
