Claims (8)
- 伝動装置の駆動有効性のジャーナル(3)を駆動軸の駆動継手の継手本体(2)に相対回動不能に結合するための装置(1,1′)において、前記ジャーナル(3)及び前記駆動継手の継手本体(2)が、互いに対応する差し込み可能な軸方向外歯列(11)あるいは軸方向内歯列(8)を有しており、前記継手本体(2)及び前記ジャーナル(3)の軸方向保持が、該ジャーナル(3)に配置される、軸方向で可動であって、前記継手本体(2)の結合区分(4)に固定可能なスリーブ(12)により可能となり、
前記ジャーナル(3)が摺動区分(10)及び軸方向外歯列(11)を備える端部側の区分を有しており、前記摺動区分(10)と前記軸方向外歯列(11)との間に周方向溝(6,14)が形成されており、該周方向溝(6,14)内にリテーナリング(13,24)が配置されており、該リテーナリング(13,24)が、前記摺動区分(10)に配置されるスリーブ(12)及び中空筒状の前記継手本体(2)の端面(18)のための軸方向のストッパを形成し、前記スリーブ(12)が、前記ジャーナル(3)を前記継手本体(2)に結合するために、前記継手本体(2)の、走行軌道から遠位の結合区分(4)に位置決め可能であり、前記継手本体(2)の中空筒状の切欠き(9)内に、前記ジャーナル(3)の軸方向外歯列(11)を受容するための軸方向内歯列(8)が形成されており、かつ前記スリーブ(12)の半径方向内側の周面(19)が、前記継手本体(2)の半径方向外側の周面(20)に摩擦力結合式及び/又は形状結合式に結合可能であり、
前記ジャーナル(3)に設けられた周方向溝(6,14)の半径方向の深さが、前記リテーナリング(13,24)の材料の半径方向の延在長さの半分より短いことを特徴とする、伝動装置の駆動有効性のジャーナルを駆動軸の駆動継手の継手本体に相対回動不能に結合するための装置。 - 前記スリーブ(12)の半径方向内側の周面(19)及び前記継手本体(2)の半径方向外側の周面(20)にそれぞれ、互いに対応するねじ山(26)が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブ(12)の半径方向内側の周面(19)及び前記継手本体(2)の半径方向外側の周面(20)にそれぞれ、互いに対応するバヨネット継手が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記スリーブ(12)の半径方向内側の周面(19)及び前記継手本体(2)の半径方向外側の周面(20)が、高い力作用下で非破壊に解離可能なプレス結合により互いに結合されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記リテーナリング(13,24)がスナップリング、シーガーリング又はOリングとして形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記リテーナリング(13,24)が、多角形、円形又は楕円形の横断面を有する、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記リテーナリング(13,24)が、半径方向外側で完全に、かつ軸方向で少なくとも部分的に前記スリーブ(12)の切欠き(25)内に受容可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記継手本体(2)が駆動継手の継手インナー部分(2)又は継手アウター部分として形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
