Claims (12)
- 設定された圧力で開放されうる排気部材がそれぞれ設置される複数の2次電池と、
前記2次電池が内蔵され、排気ホールが形成されるハウジングと、
前記排気ホールを塞ぐように設置されるバルブ部材と、
を含み、
前記ハウジングは、
2次電池が内蔵される本体と、
前記本体に結合された蓋と、
を含み、
前記バルブ部材は、前記蓋に設置され、
前記蓋の下面には、2次電池で排出されるガスが移動する通路を形成するガイドリブが形成され、
前記バルブ部材の開放圧力は、前記排気部材の開放圧力よりも小さい、電池モジュール。 - 前記バルブ部材の開放圧力は、前記排気部材の開放圧力の60%〜90%である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記本体と前記蓋との間には、前記2次電池の排気部材の上部に位置する排気ホールと前記排気ホールの周りに沿って伸びた排気突起とが形成された保護部材が設置される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 設定された圧力で開放されうる排気部材がそれぞれ設置される複数の2次電池と、
前記2次電池が内蔵され、排気ホールが形成されるハウジングと、
前記排気ホールを塞ぐように設置されるバルブ部材と、
を含み、
前記バルブ部材は、内側に湾曲突出した内側面を有し、前記内側面は当接するように形成され、
前記バルブ部材の開放圧力は、前記排気部材の開放圧力よりも小さい、電池モジュール。 - 前記バルブ部材は、弾性体からなる、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記排気ホールの周りに沿って排気突起が突出形成され、前記バルブ部材は前記排気突起の内側に挿入設置される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 設定された圧力で開放されうる排気部材がそれぞれ設置される複数の2次電池と、
前記2次電池が内蔵され、排気ホールが形成されるハウジングと、
前記排気ホールを塞ぐように設置されるバルブ部材と、
を含み、
前記バルブ部材は、回動可能に設置され、
前記バルブ部材の開放圧力は、前記排気部材の開放圧力よりも小さい、電池モジュール。 - 前記バルブ部材の回動軸中心は、前記バルブ部材の側面質量中心よりも重力方向を基準に上部に位置する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バルブ部材の側面は、下部の幅が上部の幅よりも大きく形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記排気ホールには前記バルブ部材の下端と当接する支持ステップが形成される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは、
2次電池が内蔵される本体と、
前記本体に結合された蓋と、
を含む、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バルブ部材は、前記本体に設置される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
