Description
図1乃至図8は、本発明の実施の形態の金属の回収方法を示している。
本発明の実施の形態の金属の回収方法は、まず、非酸素雰囲気下で、密封容器内に、所定の金属を含む金属酸化物から成る化合物の粉末と、アルカリ金属の窒化物の粉末と、粉砕用ボールとを封入する。非酸素雰囲気は、アンモニアガス雰囲気または窒素ガス雰囲気である。封入した後、密封容器を所定時間、所定の速度で回転させて、化合物の粉末と窒化物の粉末とを混合して粉砕する。これにより、所定の金属を含有する混合粉末を生成することができる。この生成された混合粉末を水洗して、所定の金属の塊を得ることができる。

比較のため、密封容器に窒化リチウム粉末を添加せずに粉砕を行った。生成された粉末をX線回折(XRD)で分析したところ、図3(a)に示すように、酸化インジウムであることが確認された。

本発明の実施の形態の金属の回収方法を利用して、窒素ガス雰囲気下で、酸化ジルコニウムに対して同様の試験を行った。まず、アルゴン雰囲気のグローブボックス内で、ジルコニア製の密封容器にジルコニア製粉砕用ボール24個と、酸化ジルコニウム粉末1.5gと、窒化リチウム粉末0.85gとを充填し、ステンレススチール製のオーバーポットにより完全に密閉後、真空排気した。次に、圧力が0.8MPaになるように、高純度窒素ガスを密封容器に装填し、粉砕装置により、密封容器を300rpmで、2時間、回転させ、ボール衝突を誘起させた。こうして生成された粉末をX線回折(XRD)で分析したところ、図11に示すように、酸化ジルコニウムを含んでいるが、ジルコニウムは含まれていないことが確認された。このように、本発明の実施の形態の金属の回収方法では、酸化ジルコニウムからジルコニウムを得ることはできなかった。
Claims (4)
- ナトリウム、カリウム、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、ガリウム、ゲルマニウム、モリブデン、銀、カドミウム、インジウム、スズ、アンチモン、セシウム、タングステン、水銀、タリウム、鉛、またはビスマスから成る所定の金属を含む化合物の粉末とアルカリ金属の窒化物の粉末とを、アンモニアガス雰囲気または窒素ガス雰囲気である非酸素雰囲気下で混合して粉砕し、前記所定の金属を含有する混合粉末を生成することを、特徴とする金属の回収方法。
- 生成された前記混合粉末を水洗して前記所定の金属を得ることを、特徴とする請求項1記載の金属の回収方法。
- 前記非酸素雰囲気下で、密封容器内に粉砕用ボールと前記化合物の粉末と前記窒化物の粉末とを封入し、前記密封容器を所定時間、所定の速度で回転させて、前記化合物の粉末と前記窒化物の粉末とを混合して粉砕することを、特徴とする請求項1または2記載の金属の回収方法。
- 前記化合物は前記所定の金属を含む金属酸化物であることを、特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の金属の回収方法。
