Claims (15)
- 第1集電板と、
前記第1集電板を介して電気的に連結して互いに平行に配列する複数の電極組立体と、
第1集電板と前記複数の電極組立体を収容するように形成されたカンと、
を含み、
前記それぞれの電極組立体は、負極と正極およびこれらの間に配置する絶縁材であるセパレータを共に巻き取ることによってゼリーロール形態で構成され、かつ2つの互いに対向する端部と前記2つの端部の間に形成される外側部とを含み、前記第1集電板は前記電極組立体の2つの端部のうちの一方端部に電気的に連結され、
さらに、前記カンを閉鎖するように形成されたキャッププレートと、前記キャッププレートに形成される電極端子と、前記電極端子と前記第1集電板を電気的に連結するように形成された連結部材と、をさらに含み、該連結部材は、前記第1集電板を介して前記電極組立体がカン内で動かないように支持し、
前記カンは前記電極組立体の外側部と対向する2つの湾曲面を有し、これらそれぞれの湾曲面は、同じ曲率を有したり、又は互いに異なる曲率を有する二次電池。 - 前記それぞれの電極組立体は円筒形状を有する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記湾曲面は、前記電極組立体の外側部と接触する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の他側端部に電気的に連結する第2集電板をさらに含む請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極および負極はそれぞれ前記第1および第2集電板に電気的に連結する請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極および負極それぞれはコーティング部と無地部とを含み、
前記正極コーティング部の幅は前記負極コーティング部の幅よりもさらに小さく形成される請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記カンは互いに対向する2つの端部を含み、
前記キャッププレートは前記カンの一端部に位置し、
前記電極端子は前記正極端子と負極端子のうちの1つとして機能するように形成され、
前記カンの他の端部は前記正極端子と負極端子のうちの他の1つとして機能するように形成された請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は前記カン内部で単一列を形成するように配列される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は前記カン内部で複数列を形成するように配列される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 第1集電板と、
前記第1集電板を介して電気的に連結して互いに平行に配列する複数の円筒形の電極組立体と、
前記第1集電板と前記複数の円筒形の電極組立体を収容するように形成されたカンと、を含み、
前記それぞれの電極組立体は、負極と正極およびこれらの間に配置する絶縁材であるセパレータを共に巻き取ることによってゼリーロール形態で構成され、かつ2つの互いに対向する端部と前記2つの端部の間に形成される円筒形の側部とを含み、前記第1集電板は前記電極組立体の2つの端部のうちの一方端部に電気的に連結し、前記電極組立体は接着剤によって囲まれなく、
さらに、前記カンを閉鎖するように形成されたキャッププレートと、前記キャッププレートに形成される電極端子と、前記電極端子と前記第1集電板を電気的に連結するように形成された連結部材と、をさらに含み、該連結部材は、前記第1集電板を介して前記電極組立体がカン内で動かないように支持し、
前記カンは前記電極組立体の外側部と対向する2つの湾曲面を有し、これらそれぞれの湾曲面は、同じ曲率を有したり、又は互いに異なる曲率を有する二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体の他側端部に電気的に連結する第2集電板をさらに含む請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カンは互いに対向する2つの端部を含み、
前記カンの一方端部を閉鎖するように形成されたキャッププレートをさらに含み、
前記第2集電板は前記カンの他側端部に直接に連結する請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は複数列を形成するように配列される請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極および負極それぞれはコーティング部と無地部とを含み、
前記正極コーティング部の幅は前記負極コーティング部の幅よりもさらに小さく形成される請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 第1集電板と、
第2集電板と、
前記第1集電板と第2集電板を介して電気的に連結して互いに平行に配列する複数の電極組立体と、
2つの互いに対向する端部を含んで前記第1集電板と前記複数の電極組立体を収容するように形成されたカンと、
前記カンの一方端部を閉鎖するように形成されたキャッププレートと、
を含み、
前記それぞれの電極組立体は、負極と正極およびこれらの間に配置する絶縁材であるセパレータを共に巻き取ることによってゼリーロール形態で構成され、かつ2つの互いに対向する端部と前記2つの端部の間に形成される外側部を含み、前記第1集電板と第2集電板は前記電極組立体の2つの端部に電気的に連結し、
前記カンは少なくとも1つの非線形部を含み、前記非線形部の内面は前記少なくとも1つの電極組立体の外側部と対向し、
前記第1集電板および第2集電板のうちの1つは前記カンの他側端部と直接に連結し、
さらに、前記カンを閉鎖するように形成されたキャッププレートと、前記キャッププレートに形成される電極端子と、前記電極端子と前記第1集電板を電気的に連結するように形成された連結部材と、をさらに含み、該連結部材は、前記第1集電板を介して前記電極組立体がカン内で動かないように支持し、
前記カンは、前記非線形部として前記電極組立体の外側部と対向する2つの湾曲面を有し、これらそれぞれの湾曲面は、同じ曲率を有したり、又は互いに異なる曲率を有する二次電池。
