Description
1,000kgのN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを80℃で維持し、ここに塩化カルシウム80kgと48.67kgのパラ−フェニレンジアミンを溶かして芳香族ジアミン溶液を製造した。

紡糸した紡糸物を図1に示すように、凝固浴槽50内に通過させたことを除いては、実施例1と同一条件で処理して熱処理前及び熱処理後のポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントを製造した。

Claims (7)
- 熱処理前の結晶化度(X)が70〜79%であり、熱処理前の結晶サイズ(ACS、200平面基準)が42〜50Åであることを特徴とする熱処理前の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 熱処理前のパラ結晶パラメーター(gII)が1.7〜1.9%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 2%張力下で300℃で2秒間熱処理後のパラ結晶パラメーター(gII)が1.3〜1.6%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 2%張力下で300℃で2秒間熱処理後の結晶化度(X)が76〜83%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 2%張力下で300℃で2秒間熱処理後の結晶サイズ(ACS、200平面基準)が46〜55Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 熱処理前の結晶化度(X)が76〜79%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 熱処理前の結晶サイズ(ACS、200平面基準)が47〜50Åであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
