Description
1,000kgのN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを80℃で維持し、ここに塩化カルシウム80kgと48.67kgのパラ−フェニレンジアミンを溶かして芳香族ジアミン溶液Bを製造した。
次に、製造した前述の紡糸原液を図1に示すように、紡糸口金40を通じて紡糸した。その後、紡糸した紡糸物を7mmの空気層を通じて凝固液である水が含まれている凝固浴槽50内に通過させてフィラメントを形成した。
実施例1で製造したポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントを2%張力下で300℃で2秒間熱処理して、熱処理済みのポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントを製造した。
実施例1で製造した芳香族ジアミン溶液Bと溶融塩化テレフタロイルAを図2に示した攪拌装置の代わりに、一つの攪拌子(スクリュー)が設けられた通常の重合用反応器内に供給したことを除いては、実施例1と同一条件で処理して、熱処理を行わないポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントを製造した。
比較例1で製造したポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントを2%張力下で300℃で2秒間熱処理して、熱処理済みのポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントを製造した。
製造したポリ(パラ−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)フィラメントの各種物性を測定し、その結果を表1に示した。

(i)全芳香族ポリアミドポリマー誘導体の合成
ジメチルスルホキシド(Dimethyl sulfoxide)に全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント(試料)とカリウム−tert−ブトキシド(Potassium tert−butoxide)を入れて常温、窒素雰囲気下で試料を溶かし、これにアリルブロマイド(Allyl bromide)を投入してアリル基が置換された全芳香族ポリアミドポリマーを合成する。(Macromolecules 2000、33、4390参照)

Claims (5)
- 分子量分布(PDI)が1.5〜2.3であり、熱処理前のパラ結晶パラメーター(gII)が1.7〜1.9%であることを特徴とする熱処理前の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 分子量分布(PDI)が1.5〜2.0である、請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 分子量分布(PDI)が1.5〜1.7である、請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 2%張力下で300℃で2秒間熱処理後のパラ結晶パラメーター(gII)が1.3〜1.6%である、請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
- 熱処理前の結晶の弾性率が750〜1080g/dである、請求項1に記載の全芳香族ポリアミドフィラメント。
