Claims (8)
- 방향족 디아민과 방향족 디에시드클로라이드를 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈을 포함하는 중합용매 중에서 중합시켜 제조한 전방향족 폴리아미드 중합체를 농황산 용매에 용해시켜 방사원액을 제조한 후 이를 방사하여 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 제조함에 있어서, 상기의 전방향족 폴리아미드 중합체를 제조할때 중합용 반응기(20)내에 [ⅰ] 모터(2)에 의해 회전하며 다수개의 핀(3a)들을 갖는 회전체(3)와 [ⅱ] 다수개의 핀(4a)을 갖는 고정체(4)로 이루어진 교반장치를 설치하여 중합용 반응기(20)내에 투입된 방향족 디아민, 방향족 디에시드클로라이드 및 중합용매들을 교반하며, 상기 회전체(3)의 회전속도를 중합용 반응기(20)내로 주입되는 방향족 디에시드클로라이드의 주입속도 및 방향족 디아민이 용해되어있는 중합용매의 주입속도보다 10~100배 빠르게 조절함과 동시에 회전체내 핀(3a)과 고정체내 핀(4a)의 접촉빈도(Contact frequency)를 100~1,000㎐로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 중합용매내에 염화칼슘이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 방향족 디아민이 파라-페닐렌디아민 인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 방향족 디에시드클로라이드가 테레프탈로일 클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트의 제조방법.
