Description
さらに、本発明に係る別の態様の水素充填システムは、単位体積当り表面積が異なる複 数の水素タンクに水素ガスを充填する水素充填システムであって、水素充填機と各水素タ ンクとをそれぞれ接続する各供給路と、単位体積当り表面積が大きいために同じ充填時間 内でタンク内温度が上昇しにくい水素タンクに接続される供給路の流路抵抗を、単位体積 当り表面積が小さい水素タンクに接続される供給路の流路抵抗よりも増大させる流れ制限 部と、を備える。
Claims (5)
- タンク表面積の単位面積を流れる熱流量の大きさである熱流束が異なる複数の水素タンクに水素ガスを充填する水素充填システムであって、
水素充填機と各水素タンクとをそれぞれ接続する各供給路と、
熱流束の大きい水素タンクに接続される供給路の流路抵抗を、熱流束の小さい水素タンクに接続される供給路の流路抵抗よりも増大させ、または、熱流束の大きい水素タンクに接続される供給路の圧力損失を、熱流束の小さい水素タンクに接続される供給路の圧力損失よりも増大させる流れ制限部と、
を備えることを特徴とする水素充填システム。 - 請求項1に記載の水素充填システムにおいて、
流れ制限部は、熱流束の大きい水素タンクに接続される供給路に設けられるオリフィス絞りであることを特徴とする水素充填システム。 - 請求項1に記載の水素充填システムにおいて、
流れ制限部は、各供給路に設けられる逆止弁であって、熱流束の大きい水素タンクに接続される供給路に設けられる逆止弁のクラッキング圧が、熱流束の小さい水素タンクに接続される供給路に設けられる逆止弁のクラッキング圧よりも高いことを特徴とする水素充填システム。 - 請求項1に記載の水素充填システムにおいて、
複数の水素タンクは車両に搭載される燃料ガスタンクであり、
熱流束の大きい水素タンクは、熱流束の小さい水素タンクに比べ、構成材料の熱伝導率が大きいタンク、または、車両の搭載位置が熱流束を大きくすることについて有利なタンクであることを特徴とする水素充填システム。 - 単位体積当り表面積が異なる複数の水素タンクに水素ガスを充填する水素充填システム であって、
水素充填機と各水素タンクとをそれぞれ接続する各供給路と、
単位体積当り表面積が大きいために同じ充填時間内でタンク内温度が上昇しにくい水素 タンクに接続される供給路の流路抵抗を、単位体積当り表面積が小さい水素タンクに接続 される供給路の流路抵抗よりも増大させる流れ制限部と、
を備えることを特徴とする水素充填システム。
